Job Summary:

 

The Spa Receptionist Trainee will support the daily operations of the spa at Nobu Hotel Barcelona, ensuring efficient communication and delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role involves administrative tasks, coordination with various departments, and assisting in the smooth operation of the spa. The trainee will gain hands-on experience in spa reception while embracing the Nobu culture.

 

Essential Functions:

 

  • Learn all aspects of spa reception and its interaction with other hotel departments.
  • Greet and assist guests in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Manage spa reservations, cancellations, and scheduling changes.
  • Maintain accurate records of appointments, guest preferences, and spa treatments.
  • Coordinate with therapists, housekeeping, and front desk teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with inventory management, including spa products and supplies.
  • Ensure guest requests and special accommodations are handled promptly.
  • Handle guest inquiries and efficiently resolve any spa-related issues.
  • Support in the onboarding and training of new spa team members.
  • Learn all aspects of our Brand Standard Service and comply with all requirements.

Experience with hotel/spa management systems is an advantage.</li><li><strong>Communication:</strong> Must be fluent in English and Spanish.</li><li><strong>Skills:</strong> Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, multitasking, excellent customer service, problem-solving, teamwork, and a proactive attitude. Ability to work under pressure. Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li><strong>Grooming:</strong> All Nobu Hotel Barcelona employees are expected to maintain a well-groomed appearance in accordance with company standards.</li></ul><p><br></p>

Other Duties: · Support and asisst the Front office team. · Foster positive working relationships with other departments. · Maintain and improve the quality of all public areas.

Para apertura de Vinoteca & Quesería en el Estadio Santiago Bernabéu, buscamos Camareros/as – Dependientes con pasión por el trato al cliente, gusto por el mundo del vino y el queso, y orientación a la venta. Será un espacio único, con más de 80 referencias de vino y una cuidada selección de quesos artesanales, en el corazón del nuevo Bernabéu. ¿Cómo será tu día a día? Atender y asesorar a los clientes, realizando sugerencias personalizadas de vinos y quesos. Descorchar y servir vinos siguiendo protocolo. Presentar, cortar y preparar tablas de quesos. Gestionar cobros y cierres de caja. Velar por la correcta atención y seguimiento del servicio. Requisitos del puesto Experiencia como Camarero/a – Dependiente en vinotecas, tiendas gourmet, corners o mercados gastronómicos. Conocimientos básicos de mise en place y manipulación de producto. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y atención al cliente, con soltura en el trato con público extranjero. Capacidad para desenvolverse en un entorno dinámico y bajo presión. Disponibilidad para turnos rotativos, incluyendo fines de semana y festivos. Actitud proactiva, resolutiva y con espíritu de equipo.
