What's the internship? As Reservations intern, you'll be supporting the department in all required areas, including market analysis, managing reservations and solving incidents for guests. You'll be supervised by the Director of Revenue Management. Your day-to-day * Book and enter room reservation requests using the Property Management System. * Enter rooming lists while ensuring accuracy, as required * Update reservations ensuring a flawless check in and check out process. Ensure revenue is maximized by up-selling guest rooms and recommending hotel facilities. * Dealing with reservations via email or by phone: creating and confirming corporate and individual reservations. * Set and change the hotel rates daily on the different extranet partners. ABOUT US Experimental was founded in 2007 by three childhood friends, Olivier Bon, Pierre-Charles Cros and Romée de Goriainoff. Xavier Padovani later joined them and shared their vision: to offer the ultimate hospitality experience to an ever-demanding clientele. ABOUT THE POSITION As Reservation Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the hotel’s reservations, both individual and group, ensuring a seamless guest experience while actively contributing to the hotel’s commercial and revenue strategy. Key responsibilities: Group reservations: management, follow-up and coordination of tailored group bookings for Montesol Experimental Ibiza, as well as occasional support in handling group requests for our hotel in Menorca, including some travel throughout the year Individual & Corporate reservations: handling daily enquiries, controlling rates and availability, developing direct sales, managing emails and client follow-ups Revenue Management & Reporting: monitoring availability, budget and forecast; active participation in pricing and yield strategies; preparation of regular activity reports Business development: managing and activating existing corporate accounts, identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships Processes & quality: ensuring correct use of reservation procedures, monitoring data quality in the system and implementing best practices Possibility of covering occasional front desk shifts to support the team depending on operational needs ABOUT YOU Previous experience in a similar role and/or within a high-end hotel environment Excellent communication skills with a strong guest-oriented mindset Autonomous, well-organized profile with strong adaptability and decision-making abilities Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory French is a strong plus Strongly recommended knowledge and use of Opera Cloud Ability to maintain a thorough understanding of the hotel and Experimental, including operating standards, internal procedures, policies, facilities and services, ensuring their proper application within the Reservations department Strong commitment to internal policies, quality standards and excellence in guest service This job description is intended to provide an overview of the role and its responsibilities and is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties inherent to the position. Se busca un/a Administrativo/a organizado/a, proactivo/a y con capacidad de gestión para integrarse en el área administrativa de una empresa de catering y servicios de comida a domicilio. La persona seleccionada será responsable de asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de los procesos administrativos, contables y logísticos, contribuyendo a la eficiencia de la operación y a la satisfacción de los clientes. Funciones principales: Elaboración y presentación de impuestos y contabilidad de facturas. Gestión de nóminas, conciliación bancaria y tesorería (cobros y pagos). Seguimiento de facturación y reclamación de impagos. Gestión de albaranes y bases de datos de clientes. Exportación de informes de gestión semanal y mensual. Revisión de pedidos y coordinación logística (turnos, comandas, impresión de tickets). Actualización de menús y elaboración de propuestas para catering. Gestión de incidencias y comunicación con clientes y proveedores. Participación en proyectos de calidad y protección de datos. Perfil buscado: Experiencia previa en administración, contabilidad o áreas similares, preferiblemente en hostelería y catering Buen manejo de herramientas administrativas y contables. Capacidad de organización, atención al detalle y gestión de múltiples tareas. Habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo. Se valorará: Experiencia en tesorería, presupuestos y análisis de datos.
