Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Jefe de Cocina para liderar la cocina de un restaurante multiespacios en Nerja. Buscamos un perfil con experiencia en conceptos gastronómicos mediterráneos, frescos y pensados para compartir. Valoramos una visión detallista, capacidad de liderazgo y adaptación al ritmo dinámico que implica una propuesta viva y cambiante. ¿Qué harás? Coordinarás un equipo de más de 15 personas, organizando turnos y responsabilidades. Estarás presente durante los servicios, asegurando que todo fluya y el equipo dé lo mejor. Supervisarás la producción diaria (carta + eventos), cuidando cada detalle. Controlarás pedidos, stock e inventarios, optimizando costes sin perder calidad. Adaptarás los ritmos de cocina a una operativa exigente y diversa. Trabajarás mano a mano con el gerente para que todo funcione como un reloj. Requisitos mínimos Experiencia consolidada como Jefe/a de Cocina en entornos de alta rotación, donde la exigencia operativa es parte del día a día. Haber liderado equipos numerosos (más de 10 personas), con capacidad para organizar, coordinar y motivar al equipo en cada servicio. Dominio de cocinas con eje central de la propuesta. Experiencia en desayunos y eventos especiales. Capacidad creativa para desarrollar platos dentro del concepto mediterráneo, con visión de escandallo y rentabilidad. Sólida gestión de inventarios, pedidos y control de costes, Experiencia en herramientas digitales. Valorable Girnet (gestión de horarios y turnos), G-Stock (control de almacén y pedidos), iFlares (procesos y APPCC). ¿Qué ofrecemos? Incorporación inmediata. Contrato indefinido desde el inicio. Jornada completa real: 40 horas semanales y dos días de descanso. Porque sabemos que el equilibrio también forma parte del éxito. Salario: 39-42K brutos/año + incentivos.

Para la apertura de un nuevo restaurante a la carta que gire alrededor de la cocina mexicana estamos en la búsqueda de Jefe/a de Cocina. La función del Jefe/a de Cocina será: gestionar los recursos y gestión operativa de la cocina. Las tareas que llevará a cabo serán: Organizar, optimizar y formar a su equipo de colaboradores para la correcta ejecución de la cocina. Organizar las compras en base a la previsión de servicios. Organizar y coordinar la producción en la cocina y coordinar su distribución y correcta ejecución en el momento del pase del servicio. Asegurar la correcta implantación de los sistemas de APPCC. Supervisar al equipo a su cargo para dar así un óptimo servicio. Dominar el uso de maquinaria y sus diferentes formas de efectividad. Gestionar los costes tanto de materia prima como del personal a su cargo. Requisitos mínimosLa persona seleccionada deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos: Experiencia mínima de 3 años en cocina mexicana e internacional y servicios a la carta. Experiencia en aperturas de restaurantes. Buen dominio de parrilla de piedra volcánica. Conocimiento de excel y experiencia en uso de Ágora. Experiencia en la gestión de cuadrantes horarios, escandallos, fichas técnicas e inventarios Experiencia en gestión de equipo de 5 personas. Persona con buenas capacidades comunicativas y de organización. Condiciones laborales: Incorporación a un proyecto de nueva creación Contrato indefinido con correspondiente periodo de prueba. 2 días libres. Posibilidades de desarrollo y crecimiento. Salario de 30K€ brutos/año

The Role of MIT Rooms: We do ha a UNIQUE opportunity for a recent graduate to join Four Seasons Hotel Madrid in a Rooms Manager position! The goal of the Program is to develop the Manager in Training (MIT) to a Supervisor or Assistant Manager position upon completion of the 18- month Program, subject to satisfactory performance. Through the program, you will rotate within the different Rooms departments: Front Office, Concierge, Guest Experience, Housekeeping and Reservations. What to expect from the program?
