Como Responsable de Recepción, se encargará de gestionar las funciones de recepción y de supervisar al personal a diario. Esta función supone realizar un esfuerzo por mejorar continuamente la satisfacción de los clientes y de los miembros del equipo y maximizar los resultados financieros del departamento. 

¿Qué tendrás que hacer?

 

  • Dar una experiencia de bienvenida excepcional a los huéspedes, demostrando compromiso con la excelencia en el servicio y manteniendo las normas operativas de recepción.
  • Recibir a los huéspedes y clientes a su llegada y asegurarse de que se instalan en sus habitaciones.
  • Mantener una comunicación profesional, franca y honesta para ayudar a los huéspedes y realizar reservas precisas.
  • Guiar y apoyar al equipo para ofrecer a los huéspedes una acogida y una experiencia excepcionales.
  • Garantizar que todas las tareas diarias se llevan a cabo con precisión y puntualidad.
  • Resolver y responder a las quejas de los huéspedes de manera oportuna y profesional. 
  • Mantener con precisión las cuentas de los huéspedes y colaborar en la elaboración de los informes diarios.
  • Gestionar eficazmente la plantilla del equipo para cumplir los presupuestos.
  • Apoyar al Director del Hotel en la contratación de personal.
¿Qué buscamos?

 

  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia a nivel de supervisor en un entorno hotelero.
  • Excepcionales aptitudes para la gestión de personas, con capacidad para dirigir y motivar a un equipo diverso.
  • Excelente capacidad de comunicación oral y escrita en inglés.
  • Capacidad excepcional de atención al cliente y una actitud positiva inquebrantable.
  • Comprensión de la contabilidad fiduciaria (separación pagos y depósitos de garantía)
  • Pasión por ofrecer un servicio al cliente excepcional y proactivo.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en varios turnos, incluidos fines de semana y festivos si es necesario.

As a Front Office Agent, you'll not only be the person they rely on to handle transactions, offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience. You'll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location. Reports to the Front Office Manager. Your day-to-day * Be the warm welcome that kicks off a memorable guest experience! * Support the Front Office Supervisors in all required tasks. * Acknowledge IHG Rewards Club and Kimpton Karma members and returning guests, in person or on the phone. * Take and manage guest bookings, up-selling opportunities and telling them about ways to improve their stay. * Handle cash and credit transactions. * Start every stay right by swiftly checking guests in and out - take IDs, hand out room keys, and control and release safety deposit boxes. * Stay one step ahead of guests' needs - record and act on their preferences, and handle their messages, requests, questions and concerns. * Be a trusted contact for all guests. Help them with anything from bill issues to local knowledge, and loop in management when necessary. * Stay safe all the time. Following our safety procedures, you'll report all incidents and wear any protective gear needed. * Take pride in your appearance and place as a brand ambassador. * Always know what events and activities are on the day's schedule. What we need from you * Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field. * 2+ years' experience working in Front Office department. * Must be fluent in local language and English, German will be highly valuable. * Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, emphatic, team-worker and with passion for service.
