Job DescriptionThis position is ideally to be filled starting March 1st, 2025.
As a member of the Pre-Arrival team, the Pre-Arrival Concierge plays a key role in managing and supporting Le Collectionist clients before their arrival. He/she will design the best itineraries to ensure an unforgettable on-site experience. Additionally, with the support of the local team, he/she will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and contracting the best partners that meet Le Collectionist standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management and Le Collectionist Support:
Assist clients in organizing their stay by offering high-quality services and experiences.
Provide quotes for services and experiences.
Issue guest itineraries.
Ensure smooth information transfer and follow-up with local teams.
Consolidation and Development of Local Partner Network:
Manage relationships with existing partners across multiple destinations.
Expand the partner network and the range of experiences in existing destinations.
Update and produce catalogs presenting services and experiences in French and English.
Support marketing in updating destination guides with new restaurants and points of interest.
Administrative Tasks:
Edit and update all suppliers and rates in the system.
Generate quotes and invoices in the system.
Edit itineraries in the system.
Develop communication materials (catalogs).
Qualifications
Experience & Skills:
Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
Interest in the luxury sector and a willingness to work with event logistics.
Between 2 and 5 years of professional experience.
Strong commercial sense and a passion for sales.
Candidates with atypical profiles who are comfortable working in a team.

Customer-oriented, attentive to client satisfaction and loyalty, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships easily.
Excellent interpersonal skills and autonomy.
