About the role: Your ultimate goal as School Relations Manager will be to lead all efforts to grow awareness, engagement and retention with Hosco from schools and their respective community of students and alumni. You will assist current education partners in making the most of Hosco to better prepare, guide and place their students and alumni in the industry as well as bring new strategic schools to the portfolio. You will be in constant contact with the markets and work closely with Hosco’s marketing, brand, events, content and customer success divisions. More specifically, your role will encompass the following responsibilities: Definition and delivery of curated strategies to grow engagement of specific partners and their respective students and alumni communities, including staff training, students’ online or on-campus presentations, career-related events’ attendance, etc. Setup and onboarding of all new partners and their respective teams to ensure both optimal usage of the platform features and member’ registration/usage Management of all incoming support requests, through all channels (intercom, calls or emails) Delivery of periodic health checks (calls or meetings) to assess usage and adoption Commercial renewals of all partners with Hosco. You will be proactive to optimize the commercial outcome of renewals (retention rate/revenue) and lead possible negotiations Closing of new partnerships with selected education prospects internationally Contribute to the platform enhancement product roadmap for education partners, sharing both clients’ insights and your expertise. Beyond the above ownership, you will also contribute to the following initiatives : Schools’ content nurturing, events and merchandising plans Your objectives will be structured as follows: Talent Registrations from partners’ Students and Alumni communities Subscription renewals of Education partners in your region New partners’ contracting of Education prospects in your region
