Para todos los perfiles: Compromiso con una cocina saludable, casera y consciente (sin fritos, sin ultraprocesados) Orden, limpieza, responsabilidad y capacidad para trabajar por procesos Ganas de formar parte de un equipo con valores, propósito y visión a largo plazo Motivación por crecer dentro de un proyecto en expansión Además, para cada rol: 🔸 Cocineros/as Experiencia previa mínima de 2 años Agilidad, autonomía y capacidad para replicar fichas técnicas Valoramos formación en cocina saludable, vegana o dietética 🔸 Ayudantes de cocina Experiencia básica o formación en hostelería Ganas de aprender y sumar con actitud positiva 🔸 Chef Ejecutivo/a Experiencia liderando cocinas o equipos de producción Capacidad para organizar procesos, planificar producciones, formar equipo y optimizar recursos. Trabajamos con Tspoonlab Visión creativa para co-crear nuestra carta de platos saludables para supermercados y delivery 🌿 ¿Qué ofrecemos?
