Hyde Ibiza is a festival-inspired food lovers paradise and showcase for music and nightlife, featuring 401 rooms with natural textures and artisan touches.

Together the properties will have 7 restaurant and bar outlets, ranging from premium sushi and an ocean-to-table Balearic fare, all of them highly programmed.

The hotels are operated by Ennismore, the fastest growing lifestyle hospitality company, in collaboration with Grupo Azul Mar Cala Llonga owned by Apollo.

Job Description

What you’ll do…

• Assist the reception desk with guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.

• Provide personalised services to guests, responding promptly to questions and requests.

• Collaborate with the Guest Experience team to organise and coordinate activities and special events for guests.

• Help supervise and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the property.

• Address guest complaints or issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.

• Help manage guest feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives.

• Help coordinate cleaning schedules and staff shifts.

• Participate in training sessions and meetings to develop knowledge of hotel operations.

• Work closely with different departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.

• Enter cases into Nubola and resolution.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • EU Nationality is required.
  • Fluent English and Spanish. Other Languages is a plus.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different tasks.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Proyecto gastronómico busca un/a Jefe/a de Hostess para liderar el equipo de recepción y reservas de un nuevo concepto gastronómico en Madrid. El proyecto combina tradición, cultura y hospitalidad, ofreciendo una experiencia única al cliente nacional e internacional. Funciones principales: Supervisar y coordinar al equipo de hostess, asegurando la correcta atención al cliente desde la reserva hasta la llegada al restaurante. Gestionar el sistema de reservas, control de aforo y listas de espera, garantizando la máxima ocupación y un flujo equilibrado de servicio. Elaborar órdenes de servicio diarias, reflejando reservas, eventos y necesidades operativas de cada espacio. Mantener una comunicación constante con los responsables de sala y cocina, anticipando ajustes en los turnos o cambios en la ocupación. Actualizar y mantener la base de datos de clientes, incluyendo seguimiento de preferencias y hábitos de visita. Colaborar en la planificación de eventos y experiencias gastronómicas, asegurando la correcta gestión de los tiempos y la acogida de invitados. Asegurar la aplicación de los estándares de imagen, protocolo y atención al cliente definidos por la dirección. Requisitos: Experiencia mínima de 3 años en gestión de reservas y atención al cliente en restaurantes o multiespacio. Experiencia en coordinación de equipos de hostess o recepción. Manejo fluido de sistemas digitales de reservas y herramientas de gestión de base de datos. Capacidad de comunicación diaria y efectiva con sala, cocina y dirección. Valoramos el conocimiento de idiomas, especialmente inglés por el perfil internacional del cliente. Persona organizada, con habilidades sociales, orientación al detalle y gusto por la oferta gastronómica tradicional y los entornos culturales. Condiciones Contrato indefinido, con periodo de prueba inicial. Jornada completa, con dos días libres semanales. Incorporación a un proyecto de apertura sólido, con recorrido y proyección profesional. Entorno de trabajo dinámico, orientado al servicio y con identidad madrileña. Retribución competitiva, acorde con la experiencia y las responsabilidades del puesto. Banda salarial 30.000-32.000€ brutos anuales

As Assistant Front Office Manager, you'll be supporting the department in all required areas, including handling VIP reservations, guiding guests and being a Kimpton ambassador. You'll report to the Front Office Manager.
