Tus funciones principales serán:

- Aprender las diferentes tareas que se realizan en cada punto de venta: desayuno, evento, atenciones, restaurante, etc.

- Aprender a realizar una correcta mise en place.

- Aprender y desarrollar habilidades en el servicio y atención al cliente.

- Aprender a trabajar en equipo.

Say farewell to the ordinary, and hello to the extraordinary! Job Description What you’ll do We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join the opening team at SLS Barcelona. Under the guidance of the Head of Bars &amp; Restaurants, the Restaurant Manager directs the operations of the Food &amp; Beverage outlets within the hotel. The Restaurant Manager assures the restaurant’s service is true to the SLS brand by fostering a team culture in which its members feel empowered to make decisions and take responsibility for their workload and professional development. Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation. Ensure the food &amp; beverage concept of the restaurant is well executed and expectations of guests and the team are accomplished whilst continually looking for areas to improve. Continually update service offerings in line with trends and guest expectations. Manage food &amp; beverage control including inventory, bar pars, costs controls, beverage potentials, mix of sales analysis for beverage, issue &amp; returns and food standards. Ensure service and other standards according to SOPs are adhered to. Ensure cash handling procedures are followed and all stock items are managed. Ensure that the food &amp; beverage team is continually trained in product and menu knowledge. Oversee the preparation and presentation of food &amp; beverages to meet set standards. Oversee staff training and carry out on-the-job training where required. Ensures that regular, on-going communication occurs in the restaurant. Contributes to the hiring process, conduct performance appraisals, and make personnel-related decisions. Ensures that food and beverage products are of the highest quality and presented effectively. Supports the Head of Bars &amp; Restaurants in various administrative tasks, including departmental reports and strategic planning. Qualifications What we are looking for... Degree with emphasis in Hospitality/Restaurants management. +3 years experience in hospitality within hotels/restaurants with high volume of food &amp; beverage operations in a management role. Proven team leader with a high level of energy and motivation with a proven track record of living the company's values. What will be your mission? As a Barman/Barmaid, you will be responsible for ensuring the bar service, customer service, beverage preparation and will act as a restaurant/bar ambassador in order to guarantee a service of quality and excellence, exceeding customer expectations. What will you do? Carry out the set up of the cocktail bar, bar and restaurant. Manage productions, orders, control of stocks of liquors and drinks in general, distillates and productions, bar supply. Supervisethe order and cleanliness of the point of sale (restaurant, buffet, lounge, cafeteria or bar) to which he/she is assigned. Welcome customers in the restaurant/cocktail bar and invite them to be seated. Give advice on the different products available in the restaurant/bar, take orders and be able to adapt to different customer requests. Set up/dismantle and clean the tables in the restaurants and in the hotel rooms used for events, congresses and all kinds of events, in accordance with the directives of the person in charge. Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner and/or bar service: setting up, cleaning and dismantling tables. Know perfectly the menus and different products available at the hotel’s restaurant. Ensure that the quality standards of the F&amp;B department, referring to the Collection brand, are met and even exceeded. What are we looking for? Professional experience in similar roles. Knowledge of English and preference for another Foreign Language (fluent in spoken language). Creativity and ability to innovate. Professional Course adapted to the role (preferred).
