ABOUT THE JOB We are seeking a Receptionist M/F to join our team at Menorca Experimental. Your duties and responsibilities will be the following: Greet and assist all guests as soon as they come in. Manage all operations involving the customer's visit to the reception: check-in, check-out, currency exchange, invoicing, accommodation, information, bookings, concierge services. Respond to all guest questions and requests, offering a personalized service adapted to each request. Your duties and responsibilities will include the following: Welcome and assist guests during nighttime hours as soon as they arrive at the hotel. Handle all reception operations during the night shift: late check-ins, early check-outs, invoicing, and providing accommodation information and concierge services. Respond to guest requests and inquiries during the night, ensuring a personalized service that meets their needs. What you will do Conducts self in a professional manner at all times. Adheres to the established standard of conduct and house rules, the fire regulations, and department procedures and policies. Is aware of schedule at all times and if unable to attend work, notifies the manager in adequate time. Pick-up required keys, equipment, and supplies to complete daily duties. Check with a manager in Housekeeping about all VIP rooms (in-house or due to arrive) and ensure rooms are completed in a timely manner. Responsible for overseeing that all supplies in linen closets are fully stocked in neat condition. Ensure a set number of standard tests on the Room Attendants and House Attendants are completed on a daily basis. Follow proper Lost & Found procedures. Misión del puesto: garantizar la máxima rentabilidad de todas las habitaciones de los hoteles de la cadena, aplicando técnicas de revenue, asegurando la mayor visibilidad y posicionamiento en todos los canales de venta. Reporta a: Revenue Manager Funciones: - Maximizar la rentabilidad en la Web Corporativa y las OTA’S (pricing, distribución, segmentación, etc.). - Analizar los precios propios y de la competencia, así como el conocimiento de la misma. - Asegurar el mejor precio y posicionamiento en cada segmento y temporada. - Analizar el comportamiento de los segmentos y canales de demanda de los diferentes hoteles. - Identificar nuevas oportunidades y participar en la creación de nuevas ofertas y paquetes comerciales. - Planificar ofertas y promociones en la web oficial. - Potenciar la marca en la red. - Benchmarking y propuestas de mejoras para plataformas de e-commerce.

Job Description Reportando al/la Front Office Manager y/o al/la Assistant Front Office Manager, liderará la operativa diaria de Recepción, garantizando la excelencia en el servicio, el cumplimiento de procedimientos y el buen desempeño del equipo. Garantizar que se sigan procedimientos estrictos para todas las transacciones de efectivo/crédito, cheques, procedimientos contables y bancarios, entrega de llaves y confidencialidad de los huéspedes. Mantener una alta calidad de los servicios a los huéspedes, principalmente en las áreas de llegadas, salidas, alojamiento, necesidades especiales y consultas de los huéspedes. Gestionar las quejas de los huéspedes de forma profesional y eficaz Qualifications Grado superior de formación en hostelería. Experiencia entre 1 y 3 años en un puesto similar o establecimiento de 5 estrellas y/o lujo. Idiomas: inglés, español y francés avanzados. Manejo avanzado de software (Opera) u ofimático. Conocimientos técnicos de alojamiento: recepción, conserjería, relación con clientes, etc. Poseer fuertes habilidades interpersonales y de resolución de problemas. Sentido de la responsabilidad y del deber. Saber gestionar, seguir y motivar un equipo, tener alma de líder. Trabajo en equipo. Disponibilidad para realizar horarios rotativos. ABOUT THE POSITION As Reservation Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the hotel’s reservations, both individual and group, ensuring a seamless guest experience while actively contributing to the hotel’s commercial and revenue strategy.
