    JEFE DE SALA HOSPITALITY MANAGER Descripción de la empresa Somos un grupo de restauración dinámico y en expansión, ubicado en el corazón de Madrid, propiedad de un equipo japonés. En agosto, inauguramos nuestro segundo local, que inicialmente reflejaba el concepto de nuestro establecimiento original. Sin embargo, desde entonces, hemos experimentado una transformación significativa tanto en nuestra carta como en el concepto general. A medida que continuamos evolucionando, buscamos un Gerente de Hostelación dedicado y con experiencia para liderar nuestro equipo de comedor. Puesto: Gerente de Hostelación Ubicación: Madrid, España Tipo: Jornada completa Responsabilidades clave: * Liderazgo y desarrollo de equipo: Liderar, capacitar y asesorar al personal de comedor, garantizando estándares de servicio excepcionales y fomentando un ambiente de equipo colaborativo. * Relaciones con los huéspedes: Interactuar con los huéspedes para garantizar que su experiencia gastronómica sea memorable, resolviendo cualquier inquietud con prontitud y profesionalidad. * Gestión operativa: Supervisar las operaciones diarias del comedor, incluyendo la programación del personal, la gestión del inventario, las reservas, la distribución de asientos y la gestión de los cambios de turno. Garantizando siempre el cumplimiento de las normas de salud y seguridad. * Integración Cultural: Colaborar estrechamente con la gerencia japonesa para comprender y transmitir los matices de la cultura y la gastronomía japonesas tanto al personal como a los huéspedes. * Planificación Estratégica: Asistir en el desarrollo e implementación de estrategias para mejorar la satisfacción del cliente e impulsar el crecimiento del negocio. Requisitos: * Experiencia: Mínimo de 5 años en un puesto de liderazgo en la industria hotelera, preferiblemente en la gestión de salas o restaurantes. * Dominio de idiomas: Es fundamental la fluidez en inglés y español, ya que nuestro hotel atiende a una clientela diversa e internacional. * Sensibilidad Cultural: Interés genuino por la cultura y la gastronomía japonesas; la experiencia previa en restaurantes japoneses es una ventaja significativa. * Habilidades de Liderazgo: Capacidad demostrada para liderar con el ejemplo, motivar a un equipo y mantener altos estándares de servicio. * Comunicación: Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación, con capacidad para interactuar eficazmente tanto con el personal como con los huéspedes. * Adaptabilidad: Se siente cómodo trabajando en un entorno dinámico y en constante evolución, con un enfoque flexible ante los desafíos. About the role: The Accounting & Payroll Supervisor plays a key role in overseeing payroll operations while also supporting broader accounting functions, including Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash and Income Auditor. This position serves as a bridge between finance and other departments, ensuring smooth collaboration and providing guidance with thoughtfulness, professionalism, and a people-first attitude. The ideal candidate is not only detail-oriented and knowledgeable in accounting and payroll practices, but also approachable, supportive, and committed to fostering positive working relationships across the organization. What you will do: Payroll Management: Support Assistant Director of Finance with labor cost analysis and productivity monitoring, helping to ensure that staffing levels align with operational needs and financial targets Analyze month end reports for Payroll, providing insights that help inform strategic decisions for the future. Participate in bi-weekly payroll forecast and analyze variances comparing with budget and previous forecast. Assist in month end process, accruals and payroll journals. Support the preparation and processing of the organization’s payroll, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations. Review payroll reports and reconciliations; resolve discrepancies in a timely and professional manner. Work closely with HR and department managers, to provide guidance on labor-related data, helping to interpret figures and recommend actionable improvements Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal standards related to compensation, benefits, and deductions. Collaborate with HR on employee onboarding, offboarding, and compensation changes, ensuring calculations are accurate. Support employees with salaries queries Accounting Support Ensure all local and corporate policies, rules, internal controls and procedures and safeguards are in place. • Provide support in the day-to-day accounting functions, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing processes. Work closely with the Accounts Payable team to ensure timely invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliations. Support the Accounts Receivable process by reviewing billing, monitoring aging reports, and assisting in collections efforts as needed. Assist in daily income auditing to verify that all revenue is accurately reported, and follow up on discrepancies or variances. Collaboration & Communication: Act as a key liaison between the finance department and other operational departments, ensuring clear communication and responsive support. Foster a collaborative, respectful work environment and provide mentorship to junior finance team members. Participate in internal audits and assist in implementing recommendations for process improvement. Assist in preparing documentation and reports for external auditors or regulatory bodies. What you bring: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Strong understanding of payroll systems, accounting software, and Microsoft Excel. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and good understanding off payroll-components such as income tax and social security, in order to support accurate forecast and budget execution.
