The Sales & Events Intern will work as a team member to create the most professional sales team in Nobu Hotel Barcelona. He/She will be of support to the Sales & Events team. The Intern must demonstrate high energy levels & provide consistently high levels of customer service and accurate and detailed work, whilst also working with Events Executive/Manager to establish and develop solid relationships with the decision makers within the market. General responsibilities • To handle guest and employee inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests. • To maintain complete and supported records of all sales agreements, contract and quotes for the hotel as per Hotel policies and procedures. • To ensure that the hotel’s database is up to date. • Provide accurate and timely & handovers to front office complete with rooming list, breakfast vouchers and welcome letters. • Liaise with events executive/managers on any corporate, leisure or group issues and action as required, maintaining communication internally. ¿Cuál será tu misión?
