Es una de las principales cadenas hoteleras de nuestro país, contando actualmente con 75 establecimientos situados en más de 20 destinos diferentes y en plena expansión Estamos creciendo y necesitamos ampliar nuestro equipo, buscamos un AUDITOR/A DE CALIDAD para incorporarse en nuestras oficinas centrales de Barcelona TAREAS PRINCIPALES • Velar por el cumplimiento de los procesos de trabajo y estándares de calidad establecidos por la compañía, así como a su implementación y seguimiento en todos los Departamentos y áreas. • Realizar Auditorias internas para los diferentes Departamentos y Hoteles. • Emisión de los informes de auditoría por hotel y recomendaciones de mejora. Diseñar PAC (Plan de Acciones Correctoras), fijando timmings para su cumplimiento en el tiempo establecido • Participación en el diseño, revisión y mejora de procesos/estándares de los Hoteles REQUISITOS Grado o formación técnica en Turismo, Hotelería, Gestión de calidad o similar Conocimientos APPCC Preferiblemente experiences en hotel Inglés: nivel B2 Manejo avanzado de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Imprescindible disponibilidad para viajar OFRECEMOS • Posición estable • Salario competitivo • Incorporación en una de las cadenas TOP10 del país que sigue en expansión • Jornada Completa de Lunes a Viernes • Oficinas en pleno centro de Barcelona
