About the role: Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The Front Desk Receptionist is a central part of the Front Office Team whose main objective is to ensure our guests have a smooth arrival and departure experience. As the first and last impression of the Hotel, this high-profile department carries a special responsibility. The Front Office is also the natural place where guests direct comments, questions, suggests and concerns. What you will do: Checks in guest in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest name whenever possible. Buscamos un trainee para unirse a nuestro departamento de F&B. Saludar y sentar a los invitados de manera amistosa y cortés de acuerdo con las pautas de Hilton y del Hotel Montera Madrid. Aconsejar sobre la oferta gastronómica y de bebidas. Dar información sobre la preparación de los platos y bebidas. Registrar los detalles del pedido de los invitados, repitiendo el pedido al invitado para verificar la precisión. Ingresar el pedido en el TPV para informar a la cocina de los detalles del pedido que se está realizando. Recoger pedidos de la cocina, confirmar su precisión y servirlo junto con los condimentos apropiados. Cumplir con todas las normas estatales y regulaciones corporativas de bebidas alcohólicas relacionadas con el servicio de bebidas alcohólicas a menores.
