(Antes las realizaba una empresa externa. Organización del abrillantado de mármol del edificio. Gestión de partes de servicio técnico. Gestión minibares en fines de semana. Apoyo a la Responsable de Calidad. Control de la empresa externa Staff Hotel: calidad, supervisión, facturación diaria y mensual, Epis, control de personal TC2, rellenado minibares. Descripción de Puesto - Departamento de Recursos Humanos Manage VIP guests: Recibir y comunicar la lista de clientes VIP al resto del equipo, así como cualquier información que provenga del Departamento de Guest Relations. Adaptar y preparar las habitaciones asignadas a clientes VIP de acuerdo a sus gustos y necesidades. About the role We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Sommelier to lead our beverage program and elevate the guest experience across all drink offerings. This role goes beyond wine service — you will actively contribute to the restaurant floor, support overall service, drive beverage sales (including cocktails, spirits, and sake), and play a key role in training and inspiring the team. What you will do Ability to advise the guest on beverage selection and to supervise the day-to-day wine service. Responsible for selecting and consolidating the wine list by adhering to the budget and beverage cost, the requests of the guests and the concept of the outlet. Conduct staff training on product knowledge with a weekly frequency and work closely with restaurant general manager and chef for product development.     ¿Cuál será tu misión? The Role of Pastry Sous Chef : Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for a pastry sous chef to join our team. Our Pastry Sous Chef should provide leadership and management for the Main Kitchen by establishing plans of character, integrity, and quality which result in the long-range continued growth and profitability of the department. The main duties to perform are: Executing the instructions of the Executive Pastry Chef and Executive Chef. Assist in training, development, of employees in the Main Kitchen through effective management and leadership to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met. Control Main kitchen labor and operating expenses through effective planning, purchasing decisions, policy making, and inventory control while focusing on creative cost control and revenue generation solutions to maximize profit in the department, division and hotel. Ensuring the adherence to the hygiene and safety standards and requirements per the applicable Legislation. Set up control systems which will assure quality and portion consistency and the ability to create proper purchasing specifications as well as monitor and review operating criteria and develop an awareness of the importance of the preparation and quality of the product. Communicate with employees to ensure operational needs are met as well as attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments. Sign all food requisitions and make the proper adjustments. Check on all equipment in the Main Kitchen that has to be fixed and report to the Restaurant Chef and / or the Executive Chef immediately. Check all the kitchen storerooms daily; ensure that food is well rotated on a first in-first out rotation. Assisting in planning and developing menus for the hotel’s outlets. Our Ideal Pastry Sous Chef will have : Our ideal Pastry Sous Chef candidate has excellent interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to provide exceptional service according to standards. This position does require an applicant with a flexible schedule, able to work morning and afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays. The ability to multi-task is required, as well as the ability to plan, organize, control and direct the work of employees. Must have at least 1 years’ experience as a Pastry Sous Chef in a similar environment. Must have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish. Pastry Intern - Four Seasons Hotel Madrid What we are looking for About the Role: As a Pastry Intern at Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, you will support the Pastry Team in the preparation and production of desserts, baked goods, and other pastry items. You will work under the guidance of the Pastry Chef and the broader Culinary team, gaining hands-on experience in a luxury hospitality environment. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to the daily operations of a high-end pastry kitchen. What You Will Do: Assist in the preparation of pastry items according to established recipes and standards. Support daily mise en place and setup for service periods (breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner). Operate, maintain, and clean pastry equipment including mixers, ovens, and food processors. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the assigned station. Work collaboratively with the team to deliver consistent quality and presentation. Help with pastry preparation for special events or banquets when needed. About you Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to provide exceptional service according to standards are highly valued. This position does require an applicant with a flexible schedule, able to work morning and afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays. The ability to multitask is required. Previous experience in a 5 start hotel is recommended. Applicants must have the legal right to work in Spain and be fluent in both English and Spanish. It is mandatory to be able to sign an internship agreement with your university or school for a period of 6 months on a full-time basis. What we offer Through this internship opportunity, we aim to provide a high-level learning experience. The goal is for you to acquire as many competencies as possible, in an environment of excellence and continuous improvement. This opportunity includes: Full-time internship for 6 months (40 hours/week), Monday to Sunday (8 hours/day) and a 30-minute lunch break is included in the working day. Meals are provided during the shift. Uniform and its cleaning are provided by the hotel. We offer 5 vacation days during the 6-month internship period, as well as your birthday off. Monthly gross stipend of €500. A personalized learning plan based on your previous experience, motivation, and goals.
