Tus principales funciones serán: Realizar inspecciones periódicas de las instalaciones de madera: puertas, ventanas, tarimas, mobiliario, zócalos, techos decorativos, armarios, mostradores, pérgolas y estructuras exteriores. Detectar y reparar desperfectos, desgastes, roturas o deterioros, garantizando la seguridad y la buena presentación de las áreas. Ejecutar trabajos preventivos según el plan de mantenimiento del hotel, registrando las intervenciones realizadas. Reparar y ajustar cerraduras, bisagras, guías, tiradores, cajones y mecanismos de mobiliario. Fabricar o adaptar piezas nuevas (paneles, molduras, estanterías, marcos) según necesidad del hotel, empleando maquinaria de carpintería y herramientas manuales. Montar, desmontar o trasladar mobiliario en habitaciones, zonas comunes, cocinas, restaurantes, spas o exteriores. Instalar nuevos elementos de carpintería decorativa o funcional conforme a planos o indicaciones técnicas. Aplicar tratamientos protectores, barnices, pinturas o aceites sobre superficies de madera o derivados. Lijar, limpiar y retocar piezas visibles para mantener la imagen de lujo y cuidado del hotel. Gestionar el stock de maderas, barnices, herramientas y consumibles; solicitar reposición cuando sea necesario. Mantener el taller ordenado, limpio y seguro, cumpliendo con las normas de prevención de riesgos laborales. Atender partes de mantenimiento urgentes relacionados con mobiliario o carpintería en habitaciones o zonas comunes. Coordinar con recepción o pisos para realizar reparaciones sin interferir en el servicio.
