Operar, mantener y limpiar de manera apropiada el equipamiento de cocina, incluidos la picadora, el mezclador y/o horno. Mantener el espacio de trabajo limpio y ordenado. Tener sólidos conocimientos de los códigos de sanidad y un entendimiento completo de todos los tipos de cortes. Contribuir a la trazabilidad de los recipientes de comida. Gestionar y priorizar tareas. Lo que aportas Nuestro/a Ayudante de cocina tiene excelentes dotes de trabajo en equipo. La orientación al detalle y la habilidad multitarea son requisitos indispensables. La posición de Commis requiere operar, mantener y limpiar adecuadamente todo el equipamiento de cocina. Es necesario que los/as candidatos/as dispongan de un título de Formación Profesional relacionado con restauración. Experiencia en cocina de al menos 1 año es imprescindible. Se debe tener un conocimiento básico en útiles de cocina y sistemas de cocina. Se valorará muy positivamente hablar inglés. Los/as candidatos/as deben tener un horario flexible con la posibilidad de trabajar tanto festivos como fines de semana. ABOUT THE JOB Schedule: Nights (23h-07h). Permanent contract : 40hrs per week. Salary according to agreement. We are seeking a Night Receptionist M/F to join our dynamic team at Menorca Experimental. Your duties and responsibilities will include the following: Welcome and assist guests during nighttime hours as soon as they arrive at the hotel. Handle all reception operations during the night shift: late check-ins, early check-outs, invoicing, and providing accommodation information and concierge services. Respond to guest requests and inquiries during the night, ensuring a personalized service that meets their needs. Oversee the safety and security of the hotel and its guests during the night, including monitoring access, managing key inventory, and ensuring the proper storage of guest belongings. Perform regular security checks throughout the premises, ensuring a safe environment for all guests and staff. Prepare and verify daily reports such as night audits, ensuring the accuracy of financial and operational records. Coordinate with the relevant departments (Housekeeping, F&B) for smooth transitions between shifts and ensure early morning requests are met. Manage customer complaints in coordination with the Front Office Manager, ensuring issues are documented and addressed appropriately. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the front desk and hotel entrance during the night. Assist with administrative tasks, ensuring the night operations are managed efficiently, including responding to emails and preparing operational reports. Guarantee compliance with quality standards and ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times. ABOUT YOU As a Night Auditor, you will represent the hotel during nighttime operations and work closely with other team members. To excel in this role, you should demonstrate the following: Social, engaging, and service-oriented personality, even during night shifts. Flexibility and adaptability to the unique challenges of nighttime operations. Strong communication skills and professionalism in handling guest interactions. Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate and meet guest needs during quieter hours. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management systems (PMS: Oracle, Opera, Micros). Advanced English (spoken and written). Knowledge of additional languages is an asset (French will be highly valuated) A keen understanding of safety and security protocols. Manage all operations involving the customer's visit to the reception: check-in, check-out, currency exchange, invoicing, accommodation, information, bookings, concierge services. About the role Under the supervision of the Director Housekeeping, Assistant Director of Housekeeping, and Assistant Housekeeping Manager, the Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms meet the highest standards as set by Four Seasons Hotels. The Housekeeping Supervisor also manages the Room Attendants and House Attendants on the floor and conducts inspections on a daily basis. What you will do Conducts self in a professional manner at all times. Adheres to the established standard of conduct and house rules, the fire regulations, and department procedures and policies. Dresses in issued uniform and ensures a neat, clean and tidy appearance at all times. Reports to shift on times. Is aware of schedule at all times and if unable to attend work, notifies the manager in adequate time. Pick-up required keys, equipment, and supplies to complete daily duties. Check with a manager in Housekeeping about all VIP rooms (in-house or due to arrive) and ensure rooms are completed in a timely manner. Supervise the Room Attendants and House Attendants that have been assigned to the Supervisor’s assigned areas, ensuring they are adhering to policies and procedures. Inspect guest rooms (vacant or occupied) checking the standard of cleanliness, and for any missing guest amenities and/or supplies. Report any discrepancies to the Room Attendants and have them return to correct the problem. Inspect the cleanliness of guest corridors, guest and staff elevator landings, and housekeeping closets. Check for maintenance work orders and ensure they have been placed in HotSOS for the engineering team. Guide and train Room Attendants under the direction of the Housekeeping Managers. Supervise and follow up on special projects (i.e. deep clean, perfect room program, etc). Inform Housekeeping Management of any unusual events and ensure proper pass on to the next shift. May be assigned other duties/responsibilities as required (i.e. relieve Office Coordinator on days off/meal break). Responsible for overseeing that all supplies in linen closets are fully stocked in neat condition. Ensure a set number of standard tests on the Room Attendants and House Attendants are completed on a daily basis. Follow proper Lost & Found procedures. Ensure proper handover is passed on to the next shift. What you bring The ideal candidate must be flexible in order to accept assignments on as need basis. Previous experience in a similar role is required. Excellent communication skills are essential, as well as an eye for detail.
