Job Description Reporting to the Director of Property Management, your main responsibility will be to manage, develop, and protect a portfolio of properties in Ibiza, ensuring high owner satisfaction, strong operational performance, and alignment with business objectives. Property Management: Ensure ongoing, transparent, and proactive communication with property owners on all matters related to property administration, management, maintenance, and care, maintaining continuity and strong follow-up in the relationship. Ensure the administrative and financial management of property management files and take all necessary measures to contribute effectively to this task. Advise property owners on potential improvements to the property and support them in sourcing and comparing quotations for works and services. Interact with property owners, relevant authorities and organizations (municipality, co-ownership association, etc.), and service providers. Respond to requests and expectations of property owners within the limits of the services included in the property management contract. Ensure that each guest is welcomed to a property whose customization, level of comfort, facilities, and quality of household staff consistently exceed their expectations, regardless of their location worldwide. Resolve any issues related to the above elements before, during, and after the guest’s stay as effectively as possible to maximize their satisfaction and that of the owner. Support guest arrivals and departures for Le Collectionist bookings in the managed properties commercialized through LC. This entails: Monitoring the expected arrival of the client, anticipating possible needs, and preparing arrival and departure files. Organize and oversee both internal and external teams, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently and daily property operations run smoothly. Preparing and inspecting each property before client or owner visits, with personalized adjustments to meet their unique requirements Welcoming each of our clients according to Le Collectionist brand standards. Responding to various requests from our guests during their stay. Acting as a strong point of the concierge service at the destination. Ensuring that the checkout process proceeds smoothly and that the property is returned in good condition. Qualifications Person based in Ibiza Hospitality school, Business Administration or Management degree. Good knowledge of the Ibiza area. Driver’s license. Interest in the luxury sector. Strong experience in similar roles. Excellent oral and written skills in Spanish and English (a third language is a plus) and communication skills. Organized, rigorous, and meticulous. Demonstrates a high degree of autonomy. Dynamic and committed personality. Ability to quickly establish relationships and adapt to the type of person you are dealing with online or in person. Possesses good communication skills, both written and oral, and strives to be clear and understandable. Enjoys challenges and is not afraid to handle multiple topics at once. Reports to the Commercial Director. Your day-to-day * Actively prospect and qualify new business. * Achieve personal and team goals as assigned. * Negotiate guest room rates, meeting room rental, function space, and/or hotel services within approved booking guidelines. * Accurately produce and/or review all sales contracts, rate agreements, and/or banquet/catering event orders. * May assist in developing and implementing sales plans. * Work closely with other hotel departments to facilitate services agreed upon by the sales office and prospective clients. * Arrange and conduct special events, site inspections, and off-site presentations for potential clients. * Follow up with clients regularly during and after departure to ensure satisfaction and secure future bookings. Be Yourself - Lead Yourself - Make it Count What's the Job? As Group and Events Coordinator, you will coordinate the reservations, room blocks and contracts for large groups. You'll report to the Director of Sales & Marketing. Your day-to-day * Maintain group blocks, rooming lists and reservations in system. * Assist with on-site meetings as needed. * Achieve personal and team goals as assigned. * Work closely with other hotel departments to facilitate services agreed upon by the sales office and prospective clients. * Negotiate guest room rates, meeting room rental, function space, and/or hotel services within approved booking guidelines. * Accurately produce and/or review all sales contracts, rate agreements, and/or banquet/catering event orders. * Follow up with clients regularly during and after departure to ensure satisfaction and secure future bookings. * Prepare for each group's arrival, prepare group history, billing information, deposits, filing, VIP information, correspondence, etc.; interact with booking contacts as needed. As Bellboy you are responsible for providing a positive first and last impression to guests as they arrive and leave the hotel, as well as help them with luggage. Reports to the Front Office Manager. Your day-to-day * Greet all guests upon arrival. * Assist guests with luggage to their rooms promptly when checking in and upon checking out. * Promote all hotel functions and facilities. * Inform incoming guests on the following while assisting them to their room: storage area, restaurant hours, the events happening in the hotel, health club information, emergency procedures; equipment and exit paths. * Once in guest room, provide the guest with the following information: basic telephone instructions, procedures for charging items to one's rooms, heating and air conditioning, laundry procedures, door lock and key use, room directory, etc. * Remove trash, papers, cans, bottles, cups, etc., in lobby area. * Assist guest with general information when Front Office is not available. * Possess knowledge of the community and area in which the hotel is located to assist guests with information on special events (sporting, theater, movies, entertainment, and restaurants). * Polish and clean bell carts daily. * Assist guests into automobiles or taxi. * Prevent entrance of unauthorized or undesirable persons. * Quickly respond to guest requests in a timely and friendly matter. As the Director of Revenue Management, you will be responsible for monitoring, managing and maintaining group and transient inventories to ensure the most effective and efficient balance between demand and availability. You will report to the General Manager. Your day-to-day * Manage and maintain group and transient inventory controls including room accommodation and rate inventory controls, roll-in controls, group inventory and cut-off dates, implementation of blackout dates, maintaining demand information and managing sellout strategies in partnership with Front Office and Sales department. * Develop and implement innovative revenue performance strategies. * Conduct forecasting, review all competitive shops, review demand, convention and city event calendars. * Maintain data on competitor products and maintain historical data on events and performance. * Coach and develop direct reports to ensure a good level of productivity and consistency in the consulting process. * Work with internal departments as needed to escalate consistent issues or noted trends and bring resolution. * Work with team and other key stakeholders to assess competitive data, brainstorming on new ideas to better implement strategies, developing innovative consulting or organizational tools, researching trends, planning for implementation of targeted programs, etc. What we need from you * Bachelor's degree or master's degree in Hotel Management, Business, or a relevant field. * 5+ years progressive work-related experience in the hospitality industry in revenue/reservations department. * Knowledge of effective hotel pricing concepts, yield management optimization and selling strategies, and ability to determine which concepts to apply in given market conditions. * Experience with industry and market trends.
