In this role, the Sales, Events and Marketing intern will be able to fully experience the sales and marketing department of KIMPTON AYSLA MALLORCA with a hands-on approach. After completing this program, the intern will have learned what a real sales and marketing department is about and will be fully immersed in the Kimpton Culture. What we need from you * Currently studying hospitality management with at least 3 months prior working experience in a hotel or restaurant * Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint.     JOB SUMMARY Responsible for preparing all event documentation and coordinates with Sales, property departments and customer to ensure consistent, high level service throughout pre-event, event and post-event phases of property events. Buscamos un/a Director/a General que lidere la implementación de la marca en el mercado, actuando como enlace con la central internacional y responsable de garantizar la coherencia entre estándares globales y ejecución local. Funciones principales: Asegurar la correcta aplicación del concepto de marca: operativa, imagen, formación, estructura y pipeline de aperturas. Presentar nuevos proyectos en formato Business Case para su validación por la central. Construir y coordinar el equipo local (Formación, Compras, RRHH, Marketing, Regional Managers).
