    Buscamos incorporar un/a Maître que lidere el área de sala dentro de un proyecto gastronómico con identidad propia, orientado a la excelencia en el servicio y a la creación de experiencias memorables, tanto en el servicio diario como en la gestión de eventos sociales y corporativos. La posición requiere una figura con visión operativa, capacidad de liderazgo y una clara vocación por la hospitalidad, que actúe como referente para el equipo y como garante de los estándares de calidad y atención al cliente. Funciones principales Coordinación y supervisión del servicio de sala, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y hospitalidad del establecimiento. Liderazgo y organización del equipo de sala, incluyendo planificación de turnos, acompañamiento y formación operativa. Atención directa al cliente, cuidando la experiencia de principio a fin y gestionando incidencias con criterio y profesionalidad. Coordinación y supervisión de eventos sociales y corporativos, garantizando una correcta ejecución del servicio conforme a lo acordado con el cliente. Colaboración activa con cocina y otros departamentos para asegurar un servicio fluido y coherente, tanto en el servicio diario como en eventos. Apoyo en la gestión comercial del restaurante, detectando oportunidades de venta y mejora del servicio. Supervisión del orden, la presentación y el cumplimiento de los protocolos en los espacios de sala. Requisitos mínimos Experiencia mínima de 3 años como Maître, Jefe/a de Sala o en un rol similar, preferiblemente en hoteles con encanto, restaurantes de categoría, espacios enoturísticos o entornos con actividad de eventos. Experiencia en la gestión de eventos sociales y corporativos. Experiencia en la gestión de personal de sala, tanto equipos fijos como personal eventual y extras, incluyendo coordinación de turnos. Nivel de inglés medio-alto. Conocimiento y sensibilidad por el mundo del vino; se valorará formación en sumillería o enoturismo. Dominio de Excel a nivel operativo (control de turnos, seguimiento de ventas, costes y datos de servicio). Manejo fluido de herramientas digitales y aplicaciones de gestión propias del sector hostelero (reservas, TPV, planificación de equipos y control operativo). Perfil resolutivo, proactivo y orientado al detalle. Excelentes capacidades de trato al cliente y vocación clara por la hospitalidad. Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y fomentar un clima laboral positivo. Dotes comerciales y habilidad para identificar oportunidades de venta y mejora continua del servicio.
