    Se busca un/a Administrativo/a organizado/a, proactivo/a y con capacidad de gestión para integrarse en el área administrativa de una empresa de catering y servicios de comida a domicilio. La persona seleccionada será responsable de asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de los procesos administrativos, contables y logísticos, contribuyendo a la eficiencia de la operación y a la satisfacción de los clientes. Funciones principales: Elaboración y presentación de impuestos y contabilidad de facturas. Gestión de nóminas, conciliación bancaria y tesorería (cobros y pagos). Seguimiento de facturación y reclamación de impagos. Gestión de albaranes y bases de datos de clientes. Exportación de informes de gestión semanal y mensual. Revisión de pedidos y coordinación logística (turnos, comandas, impresión de tickets). Actualización de menús y elaboración de propuestas para catering. Gestión de incidencias y comunicación con clientes y proveedores. Participación en proyectos de calidad y protección de datos. Perfil buscado: Experiencia previa en administración, contabilidad o áreas similares, preferiblemente en hostelería y catering Buen manejo de herramientas administrativas y contables. Capacidad de organización, atención al detalle y gestión de múltiples tareas. Habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo. Se valorará: Experiencia en tesorería, presupuestos y análisis de datos.     Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Segundo/a de Cocina para restaurante con gastronomía italiana con cocina de producción, situada en el centro de Madrid. Este puesto es clave para liderar las operaciones de cocina del restaurante y garantizar la excelencia en el servicio delivery. Responsabilidades: Gestión junto al Jefe de Cocina, de un equipo de 8 -10 personas a cargo. Control y elaboración de las cantidades de producción diaria. Gestión del stock elaborando los pedidos semanales. Coordinación con el Jefe de Cocina las tareas de los diferentes puestos de cocina. Participación en el servicio a la carta y delivery, gestionando diferentes partidas o pase. Supervisar la producción en cocina, cumpliendo los estándares de calidad, higiene y presentación. Requisitos: Experiencia como Segundo/a de Cocina en Dark Kitchens o restaurantes con gastronomía italiana. Experiencia gestionando equipos de hasta 10 personas. Conocimiento de las normativas de higiene y seguridad alimentaria. Manejo de herramientas digitales de gestión (ej. G-Stock, Ágora). Habilidades de liderazgo y capacidad para dirigir un equipo de cocina. Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de ritmo rápido y bajo presión. Condiciones: Incorporación inmediata a un proyecto en desarrollo. Posibilidad de crecimiento dentro de la empresa. Jornada completa con turnos mixtos, según la necesidad del servicio. The Role of Assistant Director of People and Culture The Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for an Assistant Director of People and Culture to join our team. The Assistant Director of People and Culture works closely alongside the Director of People and Culture and oversees the day to day running of the People and Culture function. The Assistant Director of People and Culture is as true driver of the employee experience. As an essential member of the People and Culture Team, you are responsible for assisting people bring their best selves to work, achieving their dreams, and building their self-confidence. You will create an environment that focuses on fairness, inclusion, and is service centric. The Assistant Director of People + Culture will oversee the growth and development of the People + Culture team, oversee activities including employee relations, workforce planning, coaching and development of both leaders and employees, and culture building. People and Culture functions: Assess the needs in areas such as performance management, employee relations, compensation, career development and leadership development and drive the appropriate solutions in these areas. Act as liaison between employee and management to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices and regulations. Identify, analyze and initiate appropriate actions to resolve employee concerns. Manage the financial issues for the People and Culture budget including benefits, labor & salary reports and plan cost effective events within the People and Culture budget guidelines. Work closely with Finance regarding labor meeting, employee attestations, wage and hour training. Organize and supervise all employee programs - recognition celebrations, community outreach, internal meetings, etc. Respond to employee claims, Workers’ Compensation, Unemployment and Wage & Hour. Act as liaison between employee and management to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices and regulations. Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors while maintaining the confidentiality of People and Culture. Responsible for hiring process, including contracting and onboarding. Coordinates all aspects of recruitment including job postings, interviews and job offers, tracking applicants and ensuring follow up. Understanding the importance of Interviewing and providing guidance and counsel to our managers throughout the process. Own recruitment and find innovative ways to find staff. Review and analyze recruitment trends: Turnover, Resort Promotions, local and industry information. Create and develop opportunities to attract, develop and retain people to achieve their fullest potential. Develop own team and supports L&D Manager in her global role. Our ideal Assistant Director of People and Culture candidate will have: Previous experience in similar position. Excellent writte and verbal skills. High level of English and a minimum average level of Spanish is required. Exposure to labor law and employment equity regulations. Effective HR administration and people management skills. Full understanding of HR functions and best practices. Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines. Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools. Fantastic organizational and time management skills. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail. Must have the legal right to work in Spain.
