We are looking for a Front Desk manager for our company.
The functions to develop in the position are:
Manage the booking team.
Supervise, manage and take responsibility for the comments and complaints of customers, promoting the necessary actions at all times.
Management and monitoring of incidents together with the team.
Manage all the costumer’s claims helping booking team.
Supervise the management of check-in, coordinating with the operations department, and the correct allocation of apartments.
Guarantee the development and continuous training of your team.
Make the schedule of the reservation team, planning the coverage of the department based on the workload and holidays, giving coverage when necessary.
Design and improvement of work procedures within the department in collaboration with management.
Possess specialized training in tourism and / or ADE.
Two years of experience in a similar position (with experience in team management)
Knowledge in the new accommodation models and the main players in the sector.
Concern about new technologies
Skills: Communication skills (traditional and digital), customer and service oriented, organizational skills, leadership skills and team management. Time flexibility and adaptability to a changing environment.
Languages: minimum certification or level C1 (essential requirement, test will be conducted in an interview)
Basic knowledge of the real estate sector and the different rental models will be valued.
Master specialized in tourism
German level B2
