Housekeeping Supervisor Intern As part of The Luxury Collection team, the intern supports the Housekeeping management in ensuring exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities include: Assisting in the supervision and coordination of room attendants and public area staff. Conducting room and public area inspections to maintain luxury brand standards. Supporting inventory management, linen control, and supply orders. Reporting and following up on maintenance issues to ensure prompt resolution. Assisting with staff training, motivation, and performance feedback. Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
