The Role of Front Desk Supervisor: We currently have an opportunity for a Front Desk Supervisor to join our team! The Front Desk Supervisor is an integral part of the Front Office Team whose main objective is to ensure our guests have a smooth arrival and departure experience. This individual responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests, and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies. Essential Functions This list is not all –inclusive and should only be used as an overview of all actual responsibility. Supervisory – lead, train and support front desk agents in daily/weekly/monthly duties. Act as a liaison with the Manager-on-Duty during morning, afternoon and/or overnight shifts to support the management operation. Help in handle Glitches and follow up in Guest Experience platform. Quickly and genuinely process guest check ins and outs within Four Seasons standards. Motivate front desk agent team with fun and light-hearted competitions and other interactive activities. Ensure procedures are followed by the Agents and do Benchmark standards Be a guide for trainees and follow their development. Communicate all relevant guests and group activity to proper internal parties. Handle change of allocations, monitoring rooms in priority. Room allocation of the upcoming days. Ensure special touches by all members of Front Desk team. Our Ideal Front Desk Supervisor candidate will have: Viable candidates must have a minimum of one year experience in a supervisory role or 2 years in a Front Desk Agent position in an upscale/luxury environment. Knowledge of Opera property management systems required. Assertive individuals with experience in handling internal and external conflict are preferred. Candidates with a degree in hospitality, or similar, are preferred. Ability to quickly and positively establish rapport is required. Above average communication skills - both written and oral - are required. Current Four Seasons employees, bilingual candidates and those with prior experience in a luxury hotel/environment will receive priority consideration. All applicants must possess the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish. Reporting into the Banquet chef, you will assist in leading the daily operation of the Banquets kitchen. Responsibilities will include selection, talent management and development of our culinary team, pl, food costs, banquet events, hygiene and sanitation, effective planning, budgeting, and purchasing decisions, policy making and inventory control, and ensuring our guests feel receive the highest levels of service excellence consistently. What you will do Managing the banquet kitchen operations and ensuring all production tasks are completed efficiently and on time. Supervising and coordinating the banquet kitchen team, ensuring smooth communication and workflow during service. Assisting in the creation and design of banquet menus that align with event requirements, seasonality, and the hotel’s culinary standards. Ensuring consistency in recipes, plating, and presentation across all banquet dishes. Monitoring and managing stock levels, ensuring accurate ordering and minimal waste for banquet production. Leading, training, and motivating the banquet culinary team with a focus on quality, discipline, and teamwork. Executing cooking techniques to prepare and present dishes according to established menus and event specifications. Maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety throughout the banquet kitchen. Ensuring all kitchen equipment and utensils are properly cleaned, maintained, and stored. Collaborating with the Banquet Chef, Executive Chef, and Events team to ensure seamless coordination and excellent guest experience. What you bring Culinary degree or equivalent qualification. Minimum 2 years Sous-Chef, ideally with hospitality and banqueting background. Strong knowledge of HACCP and food hygiene and safety regulations. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. We are looking for a professional that share a passion for exceptional service and who infuse enthusiasm and passion into everything he or she does. What you will do: Ability to advise the guest on wine selection and to supervise the day-to-day wine service. Responsible for selecting and consolidating the wine list by adhering to the budget and beverage cost, the requests of the guests and the concept of the outlet. Conduct staff training on product knowledge with a weekly frequency and work closely with restaurant general manager and chef for product development. Responsible for weekly and monthly wine inventories of all F&B outlets. Experience with and knowledge of Spanish cuisine and wines is highly preferred. Assists servers with wine service. Checks back with guests to assure their satisfaction. Keeps in contact with wine storeroom to ensure availability and correctness of products. What you bring: The ideal candidate must have previous Sommelier experience in a fine dining setting, must be a self-starter, possess a positive attitude and be comfortable working alongside a team of Food & Beverage professionals. Strong communicating skills are essential since you will be in contact with the clients and with different departments within the hotel. In addition, knowledge of wines and food pairing are crucial.
