What's the Job?

As a Front Office Agent, you'll not only be the person they rely on to handle transactions, offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience. You'll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location.

Reports to the Front Office Manager.

Your day-to-day

* Be the warm welcome that kicks off a memorable guest experience!

* Support the Front Office Supervisors in all required tasks.

* Acknowledge IHG Rewards Club and Kimpton Karma members and returning guests, in person or on the phone.

* Take and manage guest bookings, up-selling opportunities and telling them about ways to improve their stay.

* Handle cash and credit transactions.

* Start every stay right by swiftly checking guests in and out - take IDs, hand out room keys, and control and release safety deposit boxes.

* Stay one step ahead of guests' needs - record and act on their preferences, and handle their messages, requests, questions and concerns.

* Be a trusted contact for all guests. Help them with anything from bill issues to local knowledge, and loop in management when necessary.

* Stay safe all the time. Following our safety procedures, you'll report all incidents and wear any protective gear needed.

* Take pride in your appearance and place as a brand ambassador.

* Always know what events and activities are on the day's schedule.

What we need from you

* Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field.

* 2+ years' experience working in Front Office department.

* Must be fluent in local language and English, German will be highly valuable.

* Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, emphatic, team-worker and with passion for service.

La persona seleccionada será responsable de garantizar una experiencia excepcional, gestionando solicitudes, recomendaciones y servicios exclusivos, siguiendo los estándares de un hotel de lujo. Además, contribuirá al desarrollo del departamento , proponiendo nuevas experiencias y colaboraciones para mejorar la oferta de servicios del hotel. Funciones Principales Dar la bienvenida a los huéspedes y ofrecer un servicio personalizado durante toda su estancia. Gestionar reservas de restaurantes, beach clubs, actividades, excursiones y experiencias exclusivas. Organizar traslados, taxis, conductores privados, alquiler de coches y servicios VIP. Coordinar servicios especiales como barcos, tours privados, eventos, compras personalizadas o peticiones especiales. Atender y anticipar necesidades de huéspedes VIP con discreción y profesionalidad. Resolver incidencias y solicitudes de forma eficiente, manteniendo una actitud proactiva. Mantener actualizada la información sobre oferta local (Costa Brava) y proveedores de servicios premium. Buscar y proponer nuevos lugares, actividades, experiencias y servicios exclusivos , aportando ideas innovadoras para enriquecer la experiencia del huésped. Participar en el desarrollo de una red de proveedores de calidad y acuerdos estratégicos. Coordinarse con otros departamentos del hotel (Recepción, F&amp;B, Housekeeping, Spa, etc.) para garantizar un servicio fluido. Cumplir con las normas internas del hotel, estándares de calidad y confidencialidad. Requisitos Experiencia previa como Concierge o en el puesto similar (Guest Relations, valorable experiencia en hoteles 4*/5*). Carnet de conducir (B) vigente. Alto nivel de español e inglés. (Conocimiento de otros idiomas será muy valorado, por ejemplo ruso). Excelente conocimiento de la zona (Costa Brava) y servicios turísticos.
