The student will learn about Mediterranean and Catalan cuisine (which is very famous given that in this area we have many Michelin star restaurant), the intern will be involved in the different sections of a Gastronomic Restaurant and social events. The intern will be part of an international team of 30 persons dealing with banqueting, cocktails, room service, lounge bar, pool bar, gala dinners, gastronomic restaurant. At the end of the internship the student will be able to provide a 5-star kitchen service, develop the kitchen orders, to organize a gastronomic kitchen, create the rota timetable and to accept goods.

<p>Duties and responsibilities: • to prepare the misse en place • provide an efficient food service according to the outlet the intern is working • follow the supervisor instructions and learn our "know how" • learn the recipes and be consistent in the production • take care of the kitchen tools and materials • participate in the daily work as the rest of the cooks Requirements: • Fluent level of Spanish or English • great working abilities and willing to learn Mediterranean and Catalan cuisine • to be an independent worker • be able to integrate in a multidisciplinary team and a gastronomic restaurant • flexibility • proactive and passionate by cooking • no previous work experience is required • Candidate must be eligible for getting Spanish Visa – NIE in order to perform the working agreement.</p>
