ABOUT THE POSITION As Reservation Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the hotel’s reservations, both individual and group, ensuring a seamless guest experience while actively contributing to the hotel’s commercial and revenue strategy. Key responsibilities: Group reservations: management, follow-up and coordination of tailored group bookings for Montesol Experimental Ibiza, as well as occasional support in handling group requests for our hotel in Menorca, including some travel throughout the year. ABOUT THE POSITION We are seeking a Bartender Intern M/F to join our dynamic team at Montesol Experimental. Your duties and responsibilities will be the following: Learn the cocktails on the menu and the list of classic cocktails provided. Understand and know about the products used. Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, respecting our basic rules: use of jiggers at all times, perfectly measured, clean bar tools, swift response time. All while adhering to our principle of aiming to provide the best drinking experience without a hint of pretension. Communicate to the servers and barbacks their needs well in advance. Participate in the creation of the cocktail menu. Create a welcoming environment for guests, assess their needs, present the cocktails menu and make recommendations. Take drinks orders. Apply all food and beverage safety and quality regulations. Communicate with the Bar Manager for inventory issues, client comments, and general reporting. ABOUT YOU Experience in a similar role.
