Dar soporte en los procesos de reclutamiento y selección, así como la inducción de nuevos empleados. Proveer orientación y apoyo en consultas de empleados sobre temas de nómina, beneficios, políticas y procedimientos. Asegurar el cumplimiento normativo en todos los aspectos de la administración de personal, manteniéndose actualizado en la legislación laboral y regulaciones aplicables. Preparar informes y reportes para el área de Recursos Humanos y otras áreas de la organización, según sea necesario.
