Descripción del empleo En Sofitel Barcelona Skipper 5* buscamos un/a People & Culture Coordinator Jr. para incorporarse al equipo de People & Culture, con foco en reclutamiento , becarios , onboarding , beneficios y comunicación interna . Principales responsabilidades Reclutamiento : publicación de ofertas, criba de CVs, coordinación de entrevistas y envío de feedback a candidatos. Becarios : contacto con escuelas, participación en ferias, publicación de ofertas, selección, coordinación de convenios y seguimiento de su experiencia en el hotel. Altas & onboarding : envío de cartas oferta, solicitud de documentación, creación de expedientes, inducción inicial y formación sobre la marca. Comunicación interna y beneficios: gestión de las comunicaciones internas y apoyo en la coordinación de beneficios para el equipo. Apoyo general al departamento : Soporte en la gestión de documentación y contratos, siguiendo la normativa y procedimientos internos. Colaborar en iniciativas de clima y engagement (encuestas internas y acciones de seguimiento). Participar puntualmente en la coordinación de formación interna. Requisitos Formación en RRHH, Psicología, Relaciones Laborales, Turismo o similar. Experiencia de 1–3 años trabajando en hoteles u hostelería , en posiciones de RRHH/People & Culture o similares. Experiencia en reclutamiento , idealmente gestionando procesos de selección de principio a fin. Experiencia en comunicación interna (newsletters, tablón, campañas internas, eventos, etc.). Español e inglés fluidos, tanto oral como escrito; otros idiomas serán valorados. Buen manejo de herramientas digitales y portales de empleo. Persona organizada, proactiva, con atención al detalle y clara orientación a las personas. Trato profesional, cálido y amable , alineado con los estándares de servicio de un hotel 5*.
