SOBRE MENORCA EXPERIMENTAL Renacido de los gloriosos restos de una finca del siglo XIX, con 30 hectáreas de terreno, Menorca Experimental es un hotel de agroturismo que cuenta con dos restaurantes basados en una cocina mediterránea elaborada con productos locales: la finca principal, donde se sirve el desayuno y la cena, y la terraza con vistas a la piscina, donde los huéspedes pueden disfrutar de un delicioso almuerzo. SOBRE EL PUESTO Buscamos un/a Chef de Partie, para reforzar los equipos y apoyar al Chef durante la temporada de verano 2026. Las misiones serán las siguientes: Realización de las preparaciones preliminares; Elaboración de recetas a partir de fichas técnicas; Preparación de los platos según la carta y las solicitudes específicas; Verificación de las preparaciones (degustación, análisis y corrección); Almacenamiento de los productos según los métodos establecidos en el establecimiento; Recepción y verificación cuantitativa y cualitativa de las entregas; Aplicación de las normas de higiene y seguridad vigentes; Uso de una vestimenta profesional conforme a la normativa de higiene y seguridad. SOBRE TI Experiencia demostrada como Chef de Partie o en un puesto similar; Excelente dominio y conocimiento de los métodos de cocción, los productos y los equipos; Capacidad de organización y rapidez en la ejecución; Interés y afinidad por el mundo de la gastronomía; Rigor en el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de trabajo y de las fichas técnicas; Conocimiento de las normas de higiene; Disponibilidad para trabajar por la noche, los fines de semana y los días festivos. ¡Vive la experiencia Experimental!
