Job Description What you’ll do… Support recruitment and selection processes to attract a diverse and talented workforce. Assist with onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new employees. Manage and optimize our HR software to enhance operational efficiency. Provide support in health and safety (PRL) initiatives to promote a safe working environment. Coordinate training and development programs to facilitate employee growth and skill enhancement. Oversee employee accommodation arrangements to ensure a positive living experience. Assist with operational HR functions, including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance. Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and activities. Address employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to management and staff.
