    POSITION SUMMARY Assist staff with expediting problem payments (e.g., problems processing credit card). Follow up with guest regarding satisfaction with guest-related issues. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills; reliable, flexible, and service-minded. Fluency in English and Spanish; valid work authorization for Spain at the time of application.
