Descripción del empleo La persona que ocupe la posición de Recepcionista de Noche será el primer punto de contacto para los huéspedes durante el turno nocturno, garantizando una experiencia excepcional desde la llegada hasta la salida. Su misión es ofrecer un servicio de alta calidad, velar por la seguridad y asegurar el correcto desarrollo de las operaciones nocturnas del hotel, así como la gestión administrativa asociada al turno. FUNCIONES / RESPONSABILIDADES: Recibir y atender a los huéspedes con profesionalismo, calidez y discreción. Gestionar el check-in y check-out de manera eficiente. Atender solicitudes, resolver incidencias y gestionar reclamaciones con eficacia. Gestionar y entregar mensajes, paquetes y correspondencia de los huéspedes en tiempo y forma. Mantener comunicación constante con Housekeeping sobre el estado de habitaciones y objetos perdidos. Revisar y actualizar perfiles de huéspedes recurrentes (preferencias y observaciones). Garantizar la precisión de la facturación y el cierre de cuentas. Verificar garantías, depósitos, créditos y autorizaciones de clientes según procedimiento. Realizar el balance y cierre de caja al final del turno con exactitud. Completar todas las tareas de auditoría nocturna conforme a la checklist establecida. Asegurar el cumplimiento de los protocolos de seguridad y emergencia del hotel. Realizar rondas de seguridad nocturnas en pisos, garaje y zonas técnicas. Reportar cualquier incidencia, riesgo o anomalía al/la supervisor/a de turno. Gestionar y garantizar el correcto uso de las cajas de seguridad. Mantener comunicación efectiva con otros departamentos para garantizar la excelencia operativa. Asegurar la correcta transmisión de información al equipo del turno siguiente (briefing y registro). Participar en reuniones y sesiones de formación para el desarrollo profesional. Requisitos Formación: Grado medio en Hostelería o Turismo. Experiencia: 1 a 3 años en un puesto similar en hoteles de 5 estrellas y/o lujo. Idiomas: Español e inglés avanzados; francés intermedio valorable. Conocimientos técnicos: Manejo avanzado de Opera y software de gestión hotelera. Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de resolución de problemas. Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y en un entorno dinámico. Enfoque en la satisfacción del huésped con actitud proactiva y resolutiva.     POSITION SUMMARY Respond and attend to guest repair requests. Communicate with guests/customers to resolve maintenance issues. Perform preventive maintenance on tools and kitchen and mechanical room equipment, including cleaning and lubrication. Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines. Carry equipment (e.g., tools, radio). Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves for equipment and all utility shut-offs for buildings. Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed. Communicate each day’s activities and problems that occur to the other shifts using approved communication programs and standards. Display basic knowledge or ability to acquire knowledge in the following categories: air conditioning and refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, pneumatic/electronic systems and controls, carpentry and finish skills, kitchen equipment, vehicles, energy conservation, and/or general building. Perform all surface preparation, painting, minor drywall and wood trim repair, light bulb and A/C filter replacement and the complete and thorough cleanup of the painting or repair area. Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repair on all types of equipment, plumbing (e.g., plunge toilets and unclog drains), electrical components including lamps, cosmetic items, extension cords, vacuum cleaners, internet devices, replace electrical switches and outlets, and other guestroom items. Program TV's and perform general housekeeping and engineering-related inventory duties. Use the Lockout/Tagout system before performing any maintenance work. Perform repairs on interior and exterior landscaping as well as external landscaping sprinklers. Display basic computer skills including inputting air handler schedules and making temperature changes. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications; and properly store flammable materials. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Adhere to quality expectations and standards. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and heavier lifting or movement tasks with assistance.     What's the job? As Groups Coordinator you will coordinate the reservations, room blocks and contracts for large groups. You'll report to the Assistant Commercial Director & Commercial Director. Your day-to-day * Manage and coordinate all group requests (corporate, incentives, conferences, weddings, and social events). * Prepare and send quotations, contracts, and personalized proposals in accordance with hotel standards. * Coordinate with internal departments (banquets, F&B, rooms, housekeeping, front office, revenue management) to ensure flawless execution of events. * Accurately produce and revise all sales contracts, rate agreements, and banquet / catering event orders. * Follow up on group payments, deposits, and invoicing in line with hotel policies. * Monitor compliance with contractual deadlines and cancellation policies. * Update the hotel management system (PMS/CRM) with reservations, changes, and group logistics details. * Conduct site inspections with prospective clients and attend planning meetings. * Maintain the highest service and hospitality standards in line with a five-star property. * Achieve personal and team goals as assigned. * Maintain group blocks, rooming lists, and reservations in the system. * Work closely with other hotel departments to facilitate services agreed upon by the sales office and clients. * Negotiate guest room rates, meeting room rentals, function space, and/or hotel services within approved booking guidelines. * Follow up with clients regularly before, during and after departure to ensure satisfaction and secure future bookings. * Prepare for each group's arrival, prepare group history, billing information, deposits, filing, VIP information, correspondence, etc.; interact with booking contacts as needed. Correctly record group rooms and revenue in the property management system. * Support the Director of Sales in commercial strategies and group acquisition campaigns. Qualifications & Skills * Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field. * Previous +2 years' experience in group sales, event coordination, or hospitality sales, ideally within a luxury hotel environment. * Must be fluent in local language and English, additional languages will be highly valuable. * Experience with entertainment groups will be highly valuable. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, emphatic, team-worker and with passion for service. * Ability to work and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS/CRM, Opera, Delphi, or similar).
