    Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Archer Hotel Management Limited. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc. Working as part of the Human Resources team, the Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Officer is responsible for the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for the hotel, including attraction, advertising, screening, interviewing, hiring coordination, onboarding follow-up and employer branding initiatives. The role plays a critical part in positioning the hotel as an employer of choice, ensuring that all recruitment and employer branding activities reflect the values, service culture and standards of a luxury hospitality environment. This includes active management of HR social media channels, recruitment campaigns and external representation of the brand. The position requires the highest standards of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality, and acts at all times as a brand ambassador for the hotel and Marriott International. Follow all company policies and procedures; maintain confidentiality of proprietary and personal information; protect company assets and reputation. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documentation accurately and completely. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support the team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of employees and candidates. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment ▪ Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for all hotel positions, from requisition to hiring and onboarding follow-up. ▪ Draft, publish and manage job advertisements in line with approved platforms, brand tone of voice and corporate guidelines. ▪ Conduct CV screening, telephone interviews and face-to-face interviews, coordinating selection stages with hiring managers. ▪ Organise and participate in open days, job fairs, campus recruitment and targeted sourcing initiatives. ▪ Coordinate and verify pre-employment documentation and checks in line with company standards and local legislation. ▪ Maintain accurate applicant tracking records, recruitment logs and documentation within HR systems. ▪ Support hiring managers with interview guidance, process compliance and selection decisions. Employer Branding and HR Social Media ▪ Develop, implement and maintain the employer branding strategy in alignment with hotel positioning and Marriott brand standards. ▪ Create, schedule and publish employer branding and HR-related content across approved social media channels. ▪ Build and manage editorial calendars to support recruitment campaigns, seasonal hiring and internal initiatives. ▪ Promote the employee experience, culture, career opportunities and internal recognition initiatives. ▪ Monitor engagement, performance metrics and trends, adjusting strategies to maximise reach and impact. ▪ Ensure all employer branding activities comply with brand governance, social media policies and data protection regulations. Administration and Reporting ▪ Maintain accurate recruitment and employee records in line with audit, compliance and data protection requirements. ▪ Track recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness and early turnover. ▪ Prepare regular recruitment and employer branding reports for Human Resources leadership. ▪ Maintain high standards of data accuracy, consistency and confidentiality across all systems. The Revenue Manager supports the hotel’s revenue strategy through accurate reporting, detailed analysis, and effective pricing execution. Reporting to the Director of Revenue, this role is responsible for financial reporting, competitive set analysis, revenue system optimisation, pricing support, group quotation analysis, and demand trend evaluation, including special events impacting the Madrid market. What you will do • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and financial reports, including pick-up, pace, occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR analysis. • Conduct daily comp set rate checks and market positioning analysis. • Perform daily revenue system analysis and optimisation in line with agreed strategies. • Support pricing decisions and execute updates across systems. • Analyse and support group quotations, including displacement and profitability. • Monitor market trends and special events affecting demand. • Prepare clear presentations and dashboards for senior stakeholders, including ownership. • Work closely with Sales, Reservations, Digital Marketing and Operations to ensure alignment of revenue strategies. What you bring • 2–4 years’ experience in Revenue Management within upscale or luxury hotels. • Strong analytical skills with solid understanding of hotel KPIs. • Experience with RMS, PMS, and distribution systems (e.g. IDeaS, Demand 360) • Advanced Excel skills; ability to produce professional PowerPoint presentations. • Comfortable communicating with senior management. • Fluent in English; Spanish preferred. About the role Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for a Banquet Chef to join our team for our Banquet operations, reporting directly to the Executive Chef. The Banquet Chef plans, organizes, controls, and directs the work of employees in the Banquet Kitchen and Staff Canteen to ensure superior quality, consistency, and timely execution of all banquet culinary operations. The role partners closely with Event Operations to deliver exceptional, personalized experiences for our guests. What you will do Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the banquet production areas to meet established cultural and core standards. Oversee the planning, development, preparation, and presentation of all banquet menu items, ensuring consistency, flavor, and elevated presentation. Control labor and operating expenses through effective forecasting, scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory control. Implement and maintain control systems to assure quality and portion consistency; monitor food deliveries against purchasing specifications. Lead daily production meetings; communicate operational needs across Culinary, Banquets, Stewarding, and F&B service teams. Support and supervise Staff Canteen operations to ensure nutritious, balanced offerings and consistent service standards. Champion a culture of safety, sustainability, and waste reduction, including proper allergen management and dietary accommodations. Uphold Four Seasons values and the Golden Rule in all interactions, modeling professional behavior and constructive feedback. Own banquet food cost targets; conduct regular menu engineering and yield/cost analysis. Maintain accurate inventories, par levels, and ordering cycles; utilize inventory and purchasing systems to optimize resources. Partner with Finance and Purchasing to validate vendor specifications, negotiate quality/value, and ensure timely supply. Join client tastings; translate event briefs into culinary experiences aligned with guest expectations and brand standards. Engage with guests, clients, and group contacts to collect feedback and continuously improve menu offerings and execution. Coordinate with Pastry and Bars to design cohesive, seasonal banquet concepts, stations, and pairings. What you bring Culinary degree or equivalent professional qualification. Minimum 2–3 years in a Banquet Chef or equivalent leadership role within luxury hotels, banqueting, or premium catering operations. Strong knowledge of HACCP and food hygiene/safety regulations. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills; reliable, flexible, and service-minded. Fluency in English and Spanish; valid work authorization for Spain at the time of application. Advanced culinary knowledge, knife skills, and high-volume production experience; adept at multi-tasking and prioritization. Experience collaborating with Sales/Catering on bespoke menus and large-scale events. Proficiency with culinary systems (inventory, purchasing, and menu costing tools).
