The group currently operates one restaurant in Marbella and is in the process of opening its second location in Madrid, as part of a continued expansion in the Spanish market. Accounting for the Spanish entities has previously been outsourced but will now be brought in-house to enhance control, quality, and reporting efficiency. The Accountant will play a key role in this transition, responsible for establishing robust local accounting routines in Spain and serving as the vital link to the head office in Sweden to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Who You Are: Self-driven, accountable, and well-organised Strong communication skills, both locally and cross-border Analytical, solution-oriented, and quality-focused Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines Key Responsibilities: Daily bookkeeping in compliance with Spanish GAAP Preparation and submission of VAT returns to the Spanish tax authorities on a monthly and quarterly basis Monthly reporting to the Swedish head office in accordance with internal guidelines Preparation of annual financial statements and support to auditors at year-end Various administrative and finance-related tasks as required Preparation of payment files and oversight of approval workflows in Bazaro The role reports to the Swedish head office and requires independence and initiative in setting up local processes in a growing operation. Occasional travel within Spain and to Sweden may be required.     In Minor Hotels, we are seeking for a temporary Proactive Sales Executive. If you are interested in join us, check the following paragraphs: Main functions: Proactively seek out new business, locally and internationally (by phone, Sales visits, Trade Shows, Fairs, etc.) Maximize lead generation (new and existing business). Proper follow ups liaising with Contracting Team. Analyze local market and trends Organize Hotel show arounds and commercial visits to current and potential customers of the hotel, Build strong relationships with customers. Ensure all KPIs are exceeded on a daily and monthly basis. Assist the Contracting Team when needed in order to guarantee that the proper proposals are sent. Proactively follow up on all the event leads and gather information about their needs and decisions. Give support in the preparation of PR Events that take place in the hotel. Account Management. Responsible for specific accounts (DMC’s, Corporate, Associations, etc.) Represent the hotel at networking events and participate in hotel promotional activities. Required Profile: Great customer orientation. Great telephone manne Results driven and focused on detail High Communication and social skills, Commercial initiative Ability to work under pressure Teamwork Cheerful and positive attitude, at the same time as respectful and professional Well-groomed appearance Specific Knowledge: Excellent level of English, written and spoken. Availability to Travel (Nationally and Internationally) Strong Commercial skills. Sales & Negotiation skills and techniques. Highly valued knowledge of hotel management systems. Ideally SAP. Knowledge of different hotel segments (Corporate, MICE, Leisure, etc.). Profesional Experience: Minimum 2 years previous experience in a hotel sales role with a proven track record to close a sale. Education: Preferably Degree in Tourism or Hotel Business.
