    What's the job? As Sales Executive, under the general direction of the Commercial Director or his/her delegate, and within the limits of the established IHG and local Hotel policies and procedures, is responsible for booking and servicing group enquiries while providing exceptional customer service to guests and clients of the Hotel.     The Director of Sales is a key member of the Executive Committee and is responsible for defining, leading and executing the commercial strategy of Grand Hotel Central, a 5-star classic luxury property in the heart of Barcelona. The role encompasses Sales (Leisure, Corporate, Groups & Events), Reservations and Revenue Management, ensuring total alignment between commercial objectives, brand positioning and profitability. The Director of Sales leads, coaches and develops the Sales, Reservations and Revenue teams, driving performance while maintaining the highest luxury service standards. This position plays a critical role in maximizing total hotel revenue, strengthening the hotel’s positioning within the luxury segment, increasing direct business contribution and ensuring sustainable long-term growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Commercial & Strategic Leadership Define and implement the overall Sales and Revenue strategy in line with hotel objectives, brand standards and market conditions.     What's the Job? As Guest Experience Agent, you'll be supporting the department in all required areas, including handling reservations, guiding guests and being a Kimpton ambassador. You'll report to the Guest Experience Supervisor.
