Limpieza de baterías de cocina: Lavado intensivo de ollas, sartenes, bandejas de horno y herramientas de corte utilizadas por los cocineros durante el servicio. Secado y pulido: Asegurar que todo el material esté perfectamente seco y sin marcas de agua antes de volver a su lugar de almacenamiento. Mantenimiento y Orden del Área Organización del material: Clasificar y devolver cada utensilio a su sección correspondiente (partidas de cocina o sala) para que el servicio no se detenga. Limpieza de maquinaria: Realizar el mantenimiento diario de las máquinas de lavado (limpieza de filtros, vaciado de cubas y reposición de abrillantador y detergente). Gestión de residuos: Vaciar, limpiar y desinfectar los cubos de basura, separando correctamente los residuos según la normativa de reciclaje vigente. Limpieza de Instalaciones Zonas comunes: Limpiar suelos, paredes, campanas extractoras y encimeras de la cocina al finalizar los turnos. Cámaras y almacenes: Apoyar en la limpieza y orden de las cámaras de refrigeración y estanterías de almacenamiento. Apoyo Puntual a Cocina Colaboración básica: En momentos de alta demanda o baja carga en el plonge, pueden ayudar en tareas sencillas como pelar patatas o hortalizas, siempre bajo supervisión.
