    Como Maitre , serás responsable de gestionar y organizar las actividades y servicios de un establecimiento de F&B del hotel (restaurante, salón, servicio de habitaciones, etc.) en el esfuerzo continuo del hotel por ofrecer un servicio excepcional a los huéspedes y rentabilidad financiera. ¿Qué tendrás que hacer? Gestionar las operaciones diarias, garantizando los procesos y procedimientos relacionados con la preparación de los productos, la calidad y el servicio y el cumplimiento de las normas de la marca. Organizar, coordinar y asignar las actividades, tareas y turnos del personal del restaurante. Supervisar el servicio de todos los miembros del equipo de F&B para todas las áreas bajo su responsabilidad. Asegurarse de que los miembros del equipo conocen y ofrecen los diferentes productos y servicios disponibles en el restaurante del hotel. Asegurarse de que toda la información comunicada por el departamento comercial interno del hotel es recibida y ejecutada correctamente por el equipo de F&B. Junto con el responsable correspondiente, trabajar en la planificación del menú de acuerdo con los criterios de calidad de la empresa. Supervisar el montaje de las salas del hotel en la organización de eventos, organizando la disposición de las salas en base a la información transmitida por el departamento comercial. Mantener un contacto directo y frecuente con los huéspedes para asegurar que se cumplen sus expectativas. Demostrar un excelente conocimiento de los huéspedes frecuentes prestando atención a sus preferencias. Gestionar y controlar los comentarios, sugerencias y quejas de los huéspedes, creando y ejecutando planes de acción. Desarrollar e implementar procedimientos para gestionar la calidad de las áreas de F&B. Identificar oportunidades para incrementar los ingresos del Departamento de F&B mediante Upselling. Controlar los gastos en todas las áreas bajo su responsabilidad y participar en la preparación del presupuesto anual del departamento. Reclutar, entrevistar y formar a los miembros del equipo. Supervisar, comentar y reconocer el rendimiento y el desarrollo de los miembros del equipo. Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de salud, seguridad, higiene y concienciación sobre el alcohol. ¿Qué buscamos? Al menos 2-3 años de experiencia en supervisión de F&B desarrollando funciones similares en otras cadenas hoteleras o industrias relacionadas. Formación profesional en hostelería/F&B. Imprescindible dominio del idioma local, valorándose muy positivamente el conocimiento del inglés. Conocimiento práctico de varios programas informáticos (Microsoft Office, TMS, etc.) y del sistema POS. Orientación a resultados y al detalle. Excelentes dotes de organización y liderazgo. Complete Manager’s checklist daily Help and supervise the GEX team with the checklist when needed and assist, in the presence of heavy volume, in the areas of Front Office, Concierge and Guest Services. People Management Supervise the department's monthly expenses, ensure all finance procedures are correctly taken. Labor management: schedules, extra hours control etc. Conduct the monthly audit of supplier invoices, i.e. for flowers, L&F, etc. Control stock with the team, ordering supplies when needed through Birchstreet. Provide guidance, coaching, and motivation to the Guest Experience team, fostering a culture of excellence and service passion. Conduct interviews and staff hiring when needed. Assist with the on-boarding and training of new team members from interns to Asst. Managers Perform Annual reviews to the Asst. Managers as well as give feedback and guidance when needed. Assist the Asst. Managers with team annual reviews and communicating warnings, corrective actions and other feedback. Supervise team development and career aspirations Maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners, leveraging local expertise to curate unique, memorable experiences. Monitor and report on guest satisfaction trends, feedback, and performance metrics to support continuous improvement. Monitor Qualtrics seeking improvement. Reply to Google negative reviews, TripAdvisor reviews and Booking.com. Follow guidelines. Follow up with Global GEX projects and initiatives launched or driven by Corporate Team. Participate actively in other Global Guest Experience calls / meetings. What you bring Minimum 3 years of luxury hotel experience in Front Desk, Guest Experience or Concierge. Have fluency in English and Spanish Minimum 1 year managing a medium- sized team Must have experience in Opera Strong leadership & organizational skills required Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Foster creativity Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Skilled in active listening and providing constructive feedback to support team development.
