The group currently operates one restaurant in Marbella and is in the process of opening its second location in Madrid, as part of a continued expansion in the Spanish market. Accounting for the Spanish entities has previously been outsourced but will now be brought in-house to enhance control, quality, and reporting efficiency. The Accountant will play a key role in this transition, responsible for establishing robust local accounting routines in Spain and serving as the vital link to the head office in Sweden to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Who You Are: Self-driven, accountable, and well-organised Strong communication skills, both locally and cross-border Analytical, solution-oriented, and quality-focused Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines Key Responsibilities: Daily bookkeeping in compliance with Spanish GAAP Preparation and submission of VAT returns to the Spanish tax authorities on a monthly and quarterly basis Monthly reporting to the Swedish head office in accordance with internal guidelines Preparation of annual financial statements and support to auditors at year-end Various administrative and finance-related tasks as required Preparation of payment files and oversight of approval workflows in Bazaro The role reports to the Swedish head office and requires independence and initiative in setting up local processes in a growing operation. Occasional travel within Spain and to Sweden may be required. The Role of In Room Dining Coordinator: The Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for in room dining coordinators to join our team. This position is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. The responsibilities for the position include: Describe and ensure quality of all food items, ingredients and preparation methods. Communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen and coordinates delivery of items to the guest rooms by In-Room dining Servers. Properly and accurately close guest checks; record guest charges and gratuities. Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests. Must be able to efficiently take food and beverage orders and convey those to the kitchen in detail. Should also be able to understand food allergies and simple beverage concepts. Our Ideal In Room Dining coordinator will have: We are looking for individuals that strive for excellence and are highly motivated team players with strong communication and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have prior Food & Beverage experience in a similar role and in a luxury resort/hotel setting. He or she must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. What we are looking for We are looking for a passionate hospitality student eager to start his career path in F&B division, particularly in the area of IRD. You will have the opportunity to be fully immersed in this field, learning at different levels of responsibility and working in team. As a Room Service Intern , you will support the In-Room Dining team in delivering exceptional guest experiences, you will contribute your passion, drive and ideas to ensure that we offer the highest quality in service to our clients. Your main responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and delivery of food and beverage orders to guest rooms, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Help with the set-up and clearing of trays and tables in rooms, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Support in coordinating orders, communicating with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely delivery. Communicate with guests to ensure their satisfaction with the food and service. Learn to handle basic guest requests and follow up to guarantee satisfaction. Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Room Service area and storage. About you Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to provide exceptional service according to standards are highly valued. This position does require an applicant with a flexible schedule, able to work morning and afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays. The ability to multitask is required. Previous experience in a 5 start hotel is recommended. Applicants must have the legal right to work in Spain and be fluent in both English and Spanish. It is mandatory to be able to sign an internship agreement with your university or school for a period of 6 months on a full-time basis. What we offer Through this internship opportunity, we aim to provide a high-level learning experience. The goal is for you to acquire as many competencies as possible, in an environment of excellence and continuous improvement. This opportunity includes: Full-time internship for 6 months (40 hours/week), Monday to Sunday (8 hours/day) and a 30-minute lunch break is included in the working day. Meals are provided during the shift. Uniform and its cleaning are provided by the hotel. We offer 5 vacation days during the 6-month internship period, as well as your birthday off. Monthly gross stipend of €500. A personalized learning plan based on your previous experience, motivation, and goals.
