Tareas de limpieza diarias y semanales según protocolos de limpieza marcados por la empresa. Recuento eventual de inventario de sala si fuera necesario para ayudar en los controles de inventario. Fichaje de entrada y salida según los protocolos legalmente establecidos. Correcta uniformidad diaria. Colaboración en los demás rangos como PDA y/o runner en caso necesario. Correcto cuidado del mobiliario, utillaje e instalaciones de los locales. Reporte de incidencias con clientes o proveedores al Encargad@. Cuidado de los almacenes para garantizar su orden y limpieza. Recepción de mercaderías y colocación de los ítems recibidos. Conocimiento de los platos y vinos de la carta. Conocimiento de medidas higiénico sanitarias aplicables a la manipulación de alimentos y bebidas en sala.
