    En Minor Hotels Spain buscamos un/a estudiante con ganas de aprender, proactividad y pasión por la ingeniería para unirse a nuestro equipo en Madrid. 🔧 ¿Qué harás en tu día a día? Participarás activamente en proyectos y operaciones reales del área de Ingeniería, colaborando con profesionales expertos. Entre tus responsabilidades estarán: 🚀 Proyectos técnicos Participación y apoyo en proyectos de eficiencia energética , alumbrado de bajo consumo, energía solar y renovación de equipos (producción de frío/calor). ⚡ Gestión energética Seguimiento y control de la gestión energética de hoteles , elaboración de presupuestos y previsiones. 🛠️ Mantenimiento e inspecciones Gestión de documentación y control de mantenimiento legal según normativa: inspecciones, actas, archivo de documentos. Apoyo al mantenimiento de las oficinas centrales (instalaciones de voz, etc.). Control y archivo de documentación de proveedores de mantenimiento externo (contratos, informes…). Que buscamos *Formación Académica: - Cursando Ingeniería Industrial Técnica o Superior (preferentemente especialidad en electricidad y/o mecánica). *Conocimientos específicos: - Valorable nivel medio de inglés. - Conocimiento a nivel de usuario del paquete Office. - Valorable excel medio alto ¿Qué ofrecemos? Duración: 6 meses (con posibilidad de prórroga). Jornada completa con flexibilidad horaria. Jornada intensiva en verano (9:00 a 15:00). Ayuda económica: 700 €/mes + ticket restaurante (112 €).     Minor Hotels Spain ofrece una oportunidad de prácticas para incorporarse al Departamento Comercial, dentro del área especializada en Grupos. La persona seleccionada participará activamente en un entorno dinámico, colaborando con distintos equipos y contribuyendo al desarrollo comercial de la compañía. ✅ ¿Qué harás? Participar en la gestión centralizada de solicitudes de grupos, garantizando una respuesta ágil y coordinada entre los distintos hoteles y áreas implicadas. Preparar cotizaciones y contratos en conjunto con el equipo de Group Desk, asegurando la calidad y coherencia de las propuestas comerciales. Dar seguimiento proactivo a las cotizaciones enviadas , manteniendo comunicación fluida con clientes y detectando oportunidades dentro de los diferentes segmentos que gestiona el departamento. Colaborar en la elaboración de informes de producción de clientes y segmentos asignados, utilizando herramientas corporativas como SAP, TMS u otras plataformas internas. Recopilar, analizar y actualizar información clave del mercado y de los clientes estratégicos , asegurando la correcta integración de estos datos en los sistemas internos de Minor Hotels Spain. Registrar en sistema las reservas generadas a través del segmento gestionado, garantizando precisión y trazabilidad en todo el proceso. Prestar apoyo en la atención telefónica a clientes y hoteles, ofreciendo una experiencia profesional, clara y alineada con los valores de la compañía. Herramientas que aprenderás Trade Page Interface GDS CRO Requisitos Estudiantes de Grado en Turismo . Idiomas: Castellano e Inglés (otros idiomas son un plus). Conocimientos de Excel .
