Accounting for the Spanish entities has previously been outsourced but will now be brought in-house to enhance control, quality, and reporting efficiency. The Accountant will play a key role in this transition, responsible for establishing robust local accounting routines in Spain and serving as the vital link to the head office in Sweden to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Who You Are: Self-driven, accountable, and well-organised Strong communication skills, both locally and cross-border Analytical, solution-oriented, and quality-focused Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines Key Responsibilities: Daily bookkeeping in compliance with Spanish GAAP Preparation and submission of VAT returns to the Spanish tax authorities on a monthly and quarterly basis Monthly reporting to the Swedish head office in accordance with internal guidelines Preparation of annual financial statements and support to auditors at year-end Various administrative and finance-related tasks as required Preparation of payment files and oversight of approval workflows in Bazaro The role reports to the Swedish head office and requires independence and initiative in setting up local processes in a growing operation. Occasional travel within Spain and to Sweden may be required. The Role of a Sales Manager: We are currently looking for a talented and dynamic dedicated GCC Sales Manager based in Madrid to join our team Promote and sell to all segments market in the geographic region of GCC representing Four Seasons Hotel Madrid. The purpose of this position is to uncover, prospect and secure business, in accordance with the objectives established in the Marketing Plan and ensure that all sales quotas are met. Candidate should possess the ability to solicit group travel/ transient and promote/sell to group and leisure markets in defined geographic region. To generate awareness through direct client engagement, phone sales, direct sales calls, tradeshows, and networking groups. To ensure that sales activities, and group bookings are focused and coordinated with transient demand to yield the maximum revenue spend per available room. Working closely with Sales, Marketing and Revenue teams to secure leisure and group business required to meet budgeted sales goals for the property. This position is a Public Ambassador for Four Seasons Hotels and requires a high degree of independent judgement and discretion on decision making and managing confidential information. Ability to performs and follows up on all extra tasks, actions and responsibilities assigned by the Director/Associate Director of Sales and Directors of Marketing. The ideal candidate is a current Sales Manager with luxury hotel sales experience in a related position. Applicants are highly recommended to have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Sales, and mandatory Arabic speaking. A Hospitality Management Degree qualification is preferred, however, not essential with relevant experience. · Key Elements (but are not limited to): Develop and maintain strong relationships with agencies, government and royal affairs clients, serving as the main point of contact for key accounts. Proactively manage all sales activities related to all GCC market and segments, including inquiry handling, contract negotiation, proposal development, and closing business. Demonstrate flexibility in work hours and availability to meet business needs and client schedules. Ensure high service standards and guest satisfaction across all touchpoints in the sales process. Stay updated on all hotel promotions, services, and special events relevant to the government market. Handle purchase orders, office supplies, and collateral in line with company procedures. Knowledge of Salesforce, Opera and/or customer management systems preferred. Knowledge of hotel operations.
