Job Summary The Events Trainee will work as a team member to support the Sales & Events department at Nobu Hotel Barcelona. The Intern must provide high quality customer service, accurate and detailed work, and be proactive. This experience will demonstrate how a professional Sales & Events team functions on an administrative, operational, and strategic level. Essential Functions: Handle guest and employee inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner. Report guest complaints or problems to Supervisors if no immediate solution can be found.
