What will you do? Assist in the preparation and service of all meal options for menu and/or buffet menus according to recipes and hotel standards. Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, cutting, and storing. Wash and peel fresh produce as needed, as well as prepare and cook it. Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes within your assigned station. Assist in the development of new dishes and menus. Set up, clean, and dismantle your workstation. Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment, including food hygiene, following all health and safety regulations.
