Cumplimiento normativo Preparación y revisión de modelos fiscales (111, 190, 216, 296…). Aplicación correcta de convenios colectivos y normativa laboral vigente. Participación activa en inspecciones de trabajo y auditorías. Apoyo en políticas de Compliance Laboral y protocolos internos. Relaciones Laborales Preparación de documentación. Gestión de absentismo, IT y AT coordinando con Mutua y PRL. Reporting y control Elaboración de informes técnicos: Registro retributivo Brecha salarial Costes de personal KPIs laborales Conciliación de cuentas contables de personal con el área financiera. ABOUT THE JOB We are currently looking for a Head Chef to join our property for the 2026 season. You will work closely with our Executive Chef in Spain and will bring your experience to support and achieve the execution of his guideline. As Head Chef, your main responsibilities will include: Operational Management : Supervise the various members of the kitchen team and support them in their daily challenges; Ensure the smooth operational running of the different kitchen sections; Supervise the proper application of hygiene and safety rules and ensure they are respected on a daily basis; Take part in managing orders and purchases; Ensure compliance with food costs, maximize potential and optimize resources; Manage inventory and stock levels as required; Be proactive in making proposals and contributing to the creation of dishes when menu changes occur. Human Resources Management : Manage, coordinate and lead the kitchen teams; Take part in the recruitment of team members, as well as their training and promotion; Encourage individual initiatives in order to enhance professional fulfilment; Stabilize and retain teams through targeted and relevant actions.
