The Commis Pastry is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. The Role of a Sales Manager: We are currently looking for a talented and dynamic dedicated GCC Sales Manager based in Madrid to join our team Promote and sell to all segments market in the geographic region of GCC representing Four Seasons Hotel Madrid. The purpose of this position is to uncover, prospect and secure business, in accordance with the objectives established in the Marketing Plan and ensure that all sales quotas are met. Candidate should possess the ability to solicit group travel/ transient and promote/sell to group and leisure markets in defined geographic region. To generate awareness through direct client engagement, phone sales, direct sales calls, tradeshows, and networking groups. To ensure that sales activities, and group bookings are focused and coordinated with transient demand to yield the maximum revenue spend per available room. Working closely with Sales, Marketing and Revenue teams to secure leisure and group business required to meet budgeted sales goals for the property. This position is a Public Ambassador for Four Seasons Hotels and requires a high degree of independent judgement and discretion on decision making and managing confidential information. The Security Supervisor is responsible for managing the day to day security operation and ensuring the safety and security of all guests, residents, employees and property.
