GCC Sales Manager based in Madrid About Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts: Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, a collection of seven heritage buildings is ideally situated near the business district and close to Madrid’s major tourist attractions. The Role of a Sales Manager: We are currently looking for a talented and dynamic dedicated GCC Sales Manager based in Madrid to join our team Promote and sell to all segments market in the geographic region of GCC representing Four Seasons Hotel Madrid. The purpose of this position is to uncover, prospect and secure business, in accordance with the objectives established in the Marketing Plan and ensure that all sales quotas are met. Candidate should possess the ability to solicit group travel/ transient and promote/sell to group and leisure markets in defined geographic region. To generate awareness through direct client engagement, phone sales, direct sales calls, tradeshows, and networking groups. To ensure that sales activities, and group bookings are focused and coordinated with transient demand to yield the maximum revenue spend per available room. Working closely with Sales, Marketing and Revenue teams to secure leisure and group business required to meet budgeted sales goals for the property. This position is a Public Ambassador for Four Seasons Hotels and requires a high degree of independent judgement and discretion on decision making and managing confidential information. Ability to performs and follows up on all extra tasks, actions and responsibilities assigned by the Director/Associate Director of Sales and Directors of Marketing. The ideal candidate is a current Sales Manager with luxury hotel sales experience in a related position. Applicants are highly recommended to have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Sales, and mandatory Arabic speaking. A Hospitality Management Degree qualification is preferred, however, not essential with relevant experience. · Key Elements (but are not limited to): Develop and maintain strong relationships with agencies, government and royal affairs clients, serving as the main point of contact for key accounts. Proactively manage all sales activities related to all GCC market and segments, including inquiry handling, contract negotiation, proposal development, and closing business. Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., catering, reservations, front office) to ensure flawless execution of group bookings, VIP visits, and government events. Create, maintain, and analyze detailed sales reports and forecasts to support strategic planning and revenue goals. Attend sales meetings, trade shows, and networking events as needed to promote the hotel’s GCC business (government and royal business included). Maintain organized and up-to-date client files, ensuring compliance with Four Seasons documentation standards. Monitor and follow up on amenity arrangements, reservation upgrades, and special client requests to ensure satisfaction. Work closely with the Commercial Director to develop segment-specific marketing strategies and promotional campaigns. Demonstrate flexibility in work hours and availability to meet business needs and client schedules. Ensure high service standards and guest satisfaction across all touchpoints in the sales process. Stay updated on all hotel promotions, services, and special events relevant to the government market. Handle purchase orders, office supplies, and collateral in line with company procedures. Uphold a clean, organized, and professional office environment. Respond promptly and effectively in emergency or safety-related situations. The Role of Security Supervisor : Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for a Security Supervisor to join our team. The Security Supervisor is responsible for managing the day to day security operation and ensuring the safety and security of all guests, residents, employees and property. The role includes risk, loss management of the property, as well as taking a lead in Work place safety and life/fire safety systems, preventing situations that could jeopardize the safety and operation of the hotel.
