Qualifications To execute the position of Restaurant Manager, I have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar or greater role in luxury hotels with proven results. I posses a minimum of a Diploma in Restaurant Management or Business and more than three years' experience in a similar role. I posses a strong pulse on the current culinary lifestyle and trends in international and Mediterranean markets, strong organizational and leadership skills to manage a dynamic restaurant team. Technical skills include advanced MS Office, POS, Reservations, Event Booking and Outlook platforms, plus I have an excellent command of written and spoken English with some knowledge of Spanish.     What's the job? As Revenue & Reservations Supervisor, you'll be supporting the department in all required areas, including market analysis, managing reservations and solving incidents for guests. You'll report to the Director of Revenue Management. Your day-to-day * Handle all requests for guest room reservations, changes and cancellations in according with the established guidelines. * Follow up on any possible fraudulent reservation that may impact the revenue performance. * Ensures reservation accuracy (segment, channel, routings, traces, etc.). * Handle no shows and control non-guaranteed reservations. * Handle escalated guest inquiries and complaints * Train and coach reservation agents * Support the DORM in analyzing competitive sets, price positioning & future market need periods. * Support and execute market-wide strategy and promotion implementation. * Ensure that the hotel sales strategies are effectively implemented in the systems. * Ongoing Revenue System health-checks and optimization. * Ensure that all distribution channels effectively support the hotel and maintain rate parity. * Monitoring of the daily online pricing to make sure is in line with pricing strategy. * Monitor market and competitor developments. * Ensure that communication with other departments, especially Credit, Sales, Concierge and Front Desk and any other concerned department is maintained. What we need from you * Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field. * 2+ years' experience working in Revenue & Reservatinos. * Must be fluent in local language and English, additional languages will be highly valuable. * Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, emphatic, team-worker and with passion for service.
