FUNCIONS ● Gestió d’allotjament i serveis complementaris: supervisar els serveis d’allotjament, restaurant, neteja, manteniment i recepció, garantint que els espais estiguin sempre en òptimes condicions i adaptats a les necessitats dels usuaris. ● Coordinació de l’equip: dirigir l’equip de treball del centre (recepció, neteja, manteniment, restaurant, administració) assegurant una comunicació fluida i una gestió eficaç dels recursos. ● Atenció a usuaris i visitants: interlocutor principal amb els usuaris del centre, adaptant-se al perfil de cada visitant i oferint una atenció personalitzada. ● Gestió de la disponibilitat d’espais: coordinar la distribució dels espais d’allotjament i serveis, gestionant les reserves i assegurant la correcta planificació del servei segons les necessitats de cada moment. ● Administració i seguiment operatiu: controlar l'ús del sistema de gestió del centre (Tesipro, UlysesCloud), gestionant les reserves, els serveis addicionals i mantenint una correcta organització de les tasques diàries. ● Millora contínua i innovació: proposar accions i millores per optimitzar els processos i la qualitat dels serveis oferts als usuaris, amb una actitud proactiva i col·laborativa. ● Gestió d’esdeveniments i activitats: supervisar i coordinar la logístic dels esdeveniments relacionats amb l’allotjament, com competicions, formacions o altres activitats socials o professionals que es desenvolupin al centre. El espacio reúne diferentes ambientes: una zona de tapas y pintxos, varios salones privados con servicio a la carta, y un escenario con espectáculos en directo que convierten cada visita en algo único. La misión será consolidar una clientela fiel, garantizando una experiencia memorable en cada visita. Liderarás la operación diaria con visión estratégica, cuidando tanto la eficiencia como la excelencia en el servicio, y guiando al equipo para que dé lo mejor de sí. Funciones Liderar la coordinación diaria de todos los espacios, asegurando fluidez y calidad en el servicio. Seleccionar, formar y motivar al equipo, creando un entorno de trabajo profesional y colaborativo. Administrar presupuestos y controlar costes, optimizando recursos sin perder de vista el bienestar del equipo ni la calidad del servicio. Establecer relaciones cercanas y duraderas con los clientes para asegurar su fidelización. Ser el puente de comunicación entre sala y cocina, garantizando que todo fluya. Supervisar la aplicación de procedimientos y estándares de calidad. Elaborar reportes periódicos con propuestas de mejora continua. Colaborar en acciones de marketing y promoción para atraer nuevos clientes y reforzar la presencia del restaurante en Madrid. Velar por el cumplimiento de normativas de seguridad, higiene y prevención de riesgos laborales. Requisitos Experiencia mínima de 5 años como Gerente o Director/a de Restaurante en entornos con espacios de musica en vivo, food Halls, mercados gastronómicos, restaurantes multiconcepto etc. Experiencia en restaurantes con salas de música en vivo, espacios de varias plantas o conceptos multiespacio. Capacidad para liderar y motivar equipos multiculturales. Sólidas competencias analíticas para gestionar presupuestos y optimizar procesos. Facilidad para crear vínculos de confianza con clientes y fomentar su fidelización. Proactividad, actitud positiva y capacidad de adaptación a un entorno dinámico. Nivel alto de inglés (se valorarán otros idiomas). Condiciones Proyecto estable con visión de futuro. Jornadas flexibles con 2 días de descanso semanal 30 de vacaciones + 14 festivos Contrato indefinido, con periodo de prueba inicial. Funciones principales: Dirección integral de la operativa del restaurante, asegurando la excelencia en cada turno de servicio. Coordinación y desarrollo de un equipo humano de más de 30 personas, promoviendo la motivación y el buen ambiente de trabajo. Gestión económica y administrativa: control de ventas, costes, escandallos y planificación de recursos. Control y trazabilidad de invitaciones, así como de la gestión de stock de bebidas en coordinación con el área de almacén. Garantizar un servicio dinámico y adaptado a un cliente internacional que busca experiencias memorables. Coordinación con marketing y eventos para potenciar la imagen del restaurante y reforzar su posicionamiento como referente de la restauración experiencial en Madrid. Experiencia en la gestión de eventos y programación de música en directo, con capacidad para coordinar tanto la logística como la interacción con artistas y proveedores externos. Trayectoria en entornos con clientela internacional y propuestas experienciales o escénicas. Conocimiento sólido en gestión operativa, planificación y control de la cuenta de resultados. Nivel inglés medio. Disponibilidad para realizar jornadas con cierres hasta las 02:30h.
