ABOUT THE POSITION As Reservation Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the hotel’s reservations, both individual and group, ensuring a seamless guest experience while actively contributing to the hotel’s commercial and revenue strategy.     Descripción En Pure Salt Luxury Hotels , estamos buscando un/a Terapeuta Spa para unirse a nuestro equipo en el Hotel Pure Salt Port de Sóller. Este puesto es clave para garantizar una experiencia excepcional a nuestros huéspedes. El candidato ideal tendrá una pasión por el bienestar y la salud, junto con la habilidad de proporcionar una experiencia de relajación de calidad a nuestros clientes. Reportando al Responsable del Spa, sus principales funciones serán: Realización de masajes: Aplicar técnicas de masaje como relajante, terapéutico, de tejidos profundos, entre otros. Tratamientos faciales y corporales: Realizar tratamientos de cuidado facial (limpiezas, exfoliaciones) y corporal (envolturas, exfoliaciones). Aromaterapia y otras terapias alternativas. Asesoramiento a los clientes: Guiar a los clientes sobre los tratamientos adecuados según sus necesidades. Mantenimiento de la higiene: Asegurarse de que las instalaciones, productos y equipos estén siempre limpios y desinfectados. Atención al cliente: Brindar una experiencia relajante y profesional, respondiendo a preguntas y necesidades de los clientes. Control de productos y materiales: Gestionar y reponer los productos de uso en los tratamientos (aceites, cremas, etc.). ¿Qué ofrecemos? Requisitos Experiencia mínima de 1-2 años en un puesto similar en Hoteles de 4* y 5*. Tener experiencia con masajes, tratamiento facial, manicuras, pedicuras, recepción y atención al cliente. Con enfoque en la salud física y emocional. Comprometido/a a ofrecer experiencias personalizadas. Formación Académica : Técnico en Estética, Terapia de Masajes. Se valorará positivamente o cursos especializados en tratamientos de spa (como aromaterapia, hidroterapia, reflexología, etc.). Nivel de inglés Alto. Se valorará positivamente dominio de otros idiomas como Alemán, francés o italiano). Habilidades de comunicación excepcionales , con la capacidad de interactuar cordialmente con diferentes tipos de clientes y asesorarlos de forma personalizada. Empatía y habilidades para escuchar, entender las necesidades físicas y emocionales del cliente. Flexibilidad, actitud proactiva y capacidad para resolver problemas de manera eficiente. Colaborar junto con el Director de Food & Beverage con el objetivo de brindar apoyo administrativo, documental y organizativo al departamento de F&B, garantizando el correcto control de registros, documentación, cartelería, inventarios y comunicaciones internas, contribuyendo a la eficiencia operativa diaria del área. Responsabilidades Clave Gestionar, revisar, actualizar y archivar toda la documentación del área, tanto física como digital (APPCC, Calidad, Selectiva, registros diarios, checklists, formularios y listados). Sustituir documentación obsoleta y asegurar que toda la información operativa y normativa esté actualizada. Preparar y actualizar menús, cartelería, impresos y materiales informativos para los distintos puntos de venta según cambios operativos. Recibir, revisar y distribuir comunicaciones internas, coordinando las necesidades administrativas con los responsables de área. Apoyar la preparación de auditorías internas y externas (APPCC / Calidad) y garantizar que la documentación requerida esté completa y organizada.     Descripción En Pure Salt Luxury Hotels , buscamos un/a Conserje de noche para colaborar con el departamento de Recepción de nuestro Hotel 5* Pure Salt Port de Sóller para recibir a los clientes desde su llegada, prestándoles la ayuda que necesiten, facilitándoles información, acompañarles a las habitaciones velando de su seguridad y bienestar Las principales responsabilidades incluyen: Efectuar tareas de check-in y check-out. Tratamiento de comunicaciones internas y externas. Asistencia al departamento de recepción. Informar a los clientes sobre las demandas requeridas sobre el uso del establecimiento, zonas comerciales y culturales y otros sitios de interés. Control de entrada y salida de objetos, mercancías, proveedores y personal. Comunicación de incidencias al departamento correspondiente. Realización de tareas administrativas pertinentes. Colaborar en el cumplimiento de los objetivos de satisfacción de clientes. Cumplir con las normas en materia de calidad, medioambiente y prevención de riesgos laborales establecidos. Perfil del candidato/a: Buscamos a un/a profesional con un fuerte sentido de la hospitalidad y con experiencia en el sector de gran lujo.
