    What's the internship? Your day-to-day * Support in verifying that the PMS daily city ledger, guest ledger and advance deposit ledger balances reconcile to the sum of previous month closing balance and the PMS system net changes for the current month to date. * Support preparing daily revenue journal, ensuring that revenues have been classified to the correct general ledger code. * To update cashier contracts list and prepare reconciliation at month end for cash accounts. * Verify all credit cards billing against the daily business report and prepare credit card and bank conciliation sheets. SOBRE EL PUESTO – JEFE DE MANTENIMIENTO Contrato fijo todo el año (contrato indefinido). Como Jefe de Mantenimiento, serás responsable del correcto funcionamiento técnico del hotel y de garantizar la seguridad y el confort de nuestros huéspedes y empleados. Responsabilidades: • Realizar y planificar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de todas las instalaciones del hotel: electricidad, fontanería, climatización, ACS, iluminación, máquinas, ascensores, sistemas contra incendios, etc. • Gestionar las incidencias diarias y asegurar una resolución rápida y eficaz. • Supervisar y coordinar el trabajo de proveedores externos y empresas contratistas. • Controlar inventario, materiales y herramientas del departamento. • Mantener actualizada la documentación técnica, informes, protocolos y registros obligatorios. • Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normativas de seguridad y los estándares operativos del Grupo Experimental. • Colaborar con los distintos departamentos para asegurar el perfecto estado del hotel.
