Preferiblemente que tenga conocimientos del sector MICE (Meetings Incentives Conferences & Events) Buena presencia, habilidades comunicativas, capacidad de atender tanto llamadas telefónicas con clientes y en ocasiones puntuales acompañar a visitas comerciales y/o eventos del sector. Buenos conocimientos de informática; tanto de Excell, Power Point etc como capacidad de aprendizaje de los sistemas informáticos propios de la compañía; SAP etc. Ingles escrito y hablado fluido. Capacidad de organización y de priorización de tareas. Perfil proactivo, dinámico, con ganas de aprender tareas y funciones nuevas y muy diversas. What you bring: Minimum 3 years of luxury hotel experience in Front Desk, Guest Experience or Concierge. Have fluency in English and Spanish, as well as the valid work permit. Minimum 1 year of supervisory/ management experience. Experience in Opera is highly preferred.
