MISIÓN DEL PUESTO: Proporcionar una atención excelente durante el check-in, la estancia y el check-out, respondiendo con prontitud, eficiencia y cortesía. Gestionar reservas, cambios y asignaciones de habitaciones, asegurando la correcta actualización del PMS y el cumplimiento de los estándares del hotel. Controlar cuentas de huéspedes y facturación, garantizando que los cargos sean correctos y se registren en el momento oportuno. Aplicar estrictamente los procedimientos de seguridad en transacciones con tarjeta y efectivo, emisión de llaves, protección de datos y confidencialidad del huésped. Mantener una comunicación fluida con los distintos departamentos (especialmente Housekeeping), asegurando una coordinación eficaz de prioridades y necesidades operativas. Registrar y documentar con precisión incidencias, solicitudes, mensajes y seguimientos, distribuyéndolos según los procedimientos internos. Identificar oportunidades de upselling y promover los servicios e instalaciones del hotel, desde un enfoque de asesoramiento al huésped. Dar soporte en necesidades de conserjería/Guest Relations cuando sea necesario, asegurando una experiencia cuidada y coherente con un entorno 5*.
