Anticipating guest preferences and expectations, managing special requests, and coordinating bespoke experiences. Handling guest concerns with discretion, empathy, and efficiency, ensuring excellent resolution. Working closely with Front Office, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, F&B, Spa, and other departments. What we are looking for… Previous supervisory experience in exclusive environments such as Retreat, Club Level, Concierge, Guest Relations, or luxury Front Office operations. Strong leadership, communication, and attention-to-detail skills. Ability to inspire teams and maintain the highest standards of service at all times. A genuine passion for personalized luxury service and refined problem-solving. Fluency in English and Spanish ; additional languages are a strong advantage. Valid work authorization for Spain. Funciones: Gestionar procesos de selección, promoción y prácticas profesionales tanto para perfiles de hotel como de servicios centrales. Ayudar a crear relaciones a largo plazo con las Escuelas y Universidades objetivo. Publicación de las vacantes en todas las fuentes de reclutamiento necesarios y filtro curricular. Realizar entrevistas telefónicas como fase previa a la citación a entrevista personal.
