You respond promptly to guest inquiries and special requests, offering personalized solutions whenever possible. You coordinate with other departments (Front Office, Sales, F&B) to ensure smooth guest experiences. You monitor room availability and optimize occupancy through effective booking management. You maintain accurate records of reservations and payment details in compliance with company standards. You identify upselling opportunities for upgrades, packages, and additional services to enhance guest stays. You resolve issues or complaints related to reservations with empathy and efficiency. You stay informed about resort promotions, seasonal offers, and local attractions to assist guests proactively.
